JELEINEN Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 It looks like this long time fan favorite has gotten picked up. The domain name "kodocha.tv" has been registered by Funimation. I'll be very curious to see how they handle the show. It's length (102 eps, IIRC) suggests to me that they'll probably try airing it on CN or somewhere similar. The thing is that the show has a lot of cultural references that obviously won't directly translate. I smell a re-write, but as long as they give it to me uncut on DVD in the original language (and I can't see why they won't), I won't complain. I think they registered a one piece domain a while back, but haven't said anything about having the show. They were talking about it over on Animeondvd.
