Help Whit a SATA DRIVE

This really isn't a tech forum so you might want to ask a tech forum...

Anyways, yes it can be done. But first, do you have a SATA compatible motherboard or IDE controller card? SATA drives use much smaller plugs than the old IDE drives so it should be easy to spot the plug. If you don't have a compatible motherboard, you'll need to buy a SATA compatible IDE controller card. I suggest this model:

It's got an Ultra ATA and Serial ATA plugs so you get both worlds but you are limited to only 2 SATA drives which not good. Luckly, there is this one:

It supports 4 SATA drives so that might be better. You should be able to set a jumper to "master" on the drive itself and install it without problems, but if you'll need a SATA port in order for that drive to work.
