A link would be great if there is an answer already! Just received my 1/60 vf-1s with optional parts today. The hip joints on this new one are a little looser than any of my other yamato 1/60s. Not to the point of causing pose problems, just noticeably looser. I was just wondering if there is a way to tighten those joints? Thanks! mr.chogokin Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 | If it pops off easily just add some glue to the plastic clamps to thicken the grips. If the swing bars are floppy, there isn't much you can do about it. Don't try to hammer the sides of the swing bar joint. The metal is really brittle. auberondreaming Posted August 14, 2012 Author Share Posted August 14, 2012 Yeah my problem is the actual ball joint where the swing bar goes into the leg. All my other valks I can pick up by the leg with no movement in the body. This new one moves as that ball joint is not as tight as the other valks.
