I placed an order three weeks ago and the status for the order has remained in the "processing" state and therefore had not yet shipped. I sent an email to their support last thursday tp inquire about the order but have not yet heard back from them. logos Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 I have not found them very helpful when it comes to replying to an email. When I ordered my YF-21 from them it did take them a few weeks to fill the order as they where supposedly "searching" their stock for it. If it doesn't ship by next week I would be really concerned. dxchase Posted July 7, 2009 Author Share Posted July 7, 2009 I had already sent them a 2nd email last night telling them I will cancel the order if I do not hear from them by the end of the week. It's strange. I ordered a VF-1S from them a few months ago and that shipped really fast. This time around, I ordered a couple of small Gundam action figures. Perhaps it is not in stock and they are searching their "inventory" as you mentioned. On a side note, is HobbyLink a better place to buy stuff from? logos Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 (edited) I have had no problems with Hobby Link - http://www.hlj.com/ Hobby Search - http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/ Overdrive - http://www.over-drive-inc.com/ Right now my favorite is Hobby Search as they are usually fairly price competitive with Hobby Link and Overdrive and you can earn points through them for discounts on future purchases. Redboost Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 I'm extremely wary of ordering from angolz - last year, I ordered a Millia Quedluun Rau, a YF-21 and several other items and paid for my order. I did not hear from them for 4 weeks so I decided to email them. They told me it was being processed as shown on the webpage in my account status. After 6 weeks I emailed them again and they said they would investigate, replying another week later telling me all items were out of stock and that a refund would be issued. That took another week.
