motley Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 this question gets asked a lot. but since hasbro has no rights to the mold, and bandai and takara are competitors in japan, AND harmony gold has been hexing the import of VF-1 toys, the odds of it happening so small its not even worth considering.

If you want a Jetfire Buy and convert the super bandai reissued, or shell out and get a vintage, cause never will a toy licenced as jetfire using the taka mold will never be produced again. Or, perhaps Yamato would be willing to make a red nosed Hikaru 1S Autobot symbols not included Cool if it happened. Unlikely too. Edited November 5, 2003 by GobotFool

jwinges Posted November 5, 2003 Author Posted November 5, 2003 ok, forgot about the whole HG issue. I wouldn't want a 1/48 jetfire...I'm just trying to get a very complete set of 1/55's. Once that's done I'll get more 1/48's.
