Yamato 1/48 VF-1S Cockpit Skull Sticker?

I see pictures of the VF-1S with the skull on the cockpit.

Is there a sticker applied or is there a heatshield included?

On the 1/48 the skull is on a heat shield that slides under the chest plate in fighter and Gerwalk mode.

it's painted on the heatshield on the 1/48s. Well, painted under... the heatshield is made of clear plastic so the skull is protected during transformation.
