1/48 Max Jenius' Valkyrie (vf-1a) From Dyrl

I saw a Yamato 1/48 scale Valkyrie (Maximillian Jenius' VF-1A from DYRL) for sale at a local toyshop. It had been transformed into battroid mode and put on display in the shop's glass display case. Now it's back inside the box, which is rather beat up on the back folds; otherwise, the contents are in good condition. There are no visible scratches and the plastic hasn't yellowed.

I'd appreciate answers or suggestion to the following questions:

1) What was the original price for this item?

2) How rare is this Yamato 1/48 Max Jenius VF-1A from DYRL?

3) What is the current market price for this item?

4) What are the chances for Yamato to reissue this item?
