Micro Sol, Micro Set

hi,

i'm new to modelling and i need some help to get me started. the question is, where i can get microset or microsol (which one is better of the two) online. also does anyone know what are the things needed for panel lines ( i think mr. cheng wrote something about black wash or something).

You can buy most everything from any online model shop....just search for plastic models and youll get tons of results. You should also check locally...most towns have a model shop somewhere nearby and carry them.

You need both MicroSol and Microset (according to the directions! ). Panel likes you need Varisol and oil paints...available at an art supply store.

thanks! by the way, can i use the panel wash method on gundam models??

You can use it on anymodel as long as your undercoat is shiny and not oil base like the wash will be

Taimya Acrylics seem to work really well.
