Commander McBride
Hey, I figured you guys might know this. Does anyone know of any translation of the Wangan Midnight manga? Scanslations are not necessary, I have the Japanese manga, but the text is beyond my ability. Additionally, does anyone know if there's the same for "Tokyo Broker" out there? Bob_Coffee
havent seen scalations of wangan midnight anywhare myself. I would be tempted to translate it myself, except that its a bitch to read(yes ive tried, and no i dont suck.), even with my measly 3 yrs of japanese classes that ive taken. btw ever hear of a manga called King? seems pretty intresting, its about this guy who swaps an impreza engine into his honda CRX. Commander McBride
I've started romanizing Tokyo Broker (appears to be about a guy in Tokyo with a modified Viper...), but it's very slow going, and the vocabulary is way beyond me. Still, it's a great way to practice my kana... so many kanji, though, and I'm completely lost there...
Bob_Coffee
I have a program that will help you with the kanji if you know the basics. Shoot me an Im at coffeen64@aol.com and ill send it to you.
Commander McBride
Honestly, I don't even know where to start with looking up kanji. I wish someone would make a program for Palm OS where you could just draw the kanji onscreen and it'd look it up... I don't even know much kana, I decided to do this as a means of learning them. Commander McBride
Ah, damn, once again one of my ideas is preemptively stolen by someone else. XD
