Ido Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 You can paint the model with gloss paints, a glossy surface is required to decal too. When you have finished and you want a matte look just clear coat the kit with flat clear, gunze, tamiya or testor dullcote will work, there is also a product called flat base that its a compound to mix to a glossy paint to make it flat or semi-gloss. kazuki Posted June 11, 2005 Share Posted June 11, 2005 Remember to spray the flat clear coat AFTER you're done with everything including decalling. It should be the final step.
