These 2 don't need glue. And they also transforms to all 3 mode

I honestly think Aoshima will use generic girls. If they use macross girl, it would mean paying more for the license. I do hope that they will release the characters as a stand alone releases, and that they will still be compatible with all the valkyrie.

The box art is really the key. If the box art is the red black and silver striped version with the front half of the plant showing at the top (with flip cover), then it is a first release. If it does not have a flip top cover and shows the entire plane on the front, then it is a reissue.

yes, you absolutely do!!! one more is always better, go for it man!

You also have to consider with the DYRL if you want Hikaru's red VF 1S, Roy's yellow VF 1S, or Max's blue VF 1S. I have the "plus" edition of Hikaru's and Roy's and I highly recommend these if you have the opportunity to get one at a decent price. I am currently searching ebay for a new Max's VF 1S at a reasonable price, such as $120 or $130 shipping included (I am not counting on that though, but I can still hope).

If you don't want the hassel of spending a lot of money for a VF 1S, then I suggest Roy's TV version and HobbyLink Japan is currently having a sale on it.

i tried to look from macross mecha manual, it seems like the difference are the hands design.

but is there any difference in the actual toys? marking or paint perhaps?

Macross Yamato 1/60 vf-0a Shin Kudo with ghost booster. The box has seen better days, there is some dent and damages around the corner. The item itself is in great condition except for one of the spikes under the nose cone is broken, but it's not visible in Battroid mode. Rarely transformed, stays in Battroid mode most of the time. No problem on the shoulder joints. Asking for $180 shipped. SOLD
