  1. Awesome job, I love BC too.
  2. Realistically an alpha would probably beable to take on a gundam better than a veritech. Smaller package, bigger bang than a valkyrie.
  3. just think of what a 1/60th legios/alpha would look like next to a scale gundam.
  4. That won't work, kids have little to none attention spans. As soon as they realise there's more somewhere else, they're out to go get them.
  5. Transforming toys are fun to figure out without instructions. It would be cool if someone built and animated a transforming guide online. Each toy would be cg built and have a rotatable 3d transforming animaton.
  6. I've got a great way to kid proof your collection, cyanide laced lolipops placed at kid level around the room.
  7. Someone should buy one and recast them. I bet if fiberglass was used it would only run $500 or less.
  8. Is it not called robotechnology in macross?
  9. If I was going into battle in the depth of space I'd tack extra missles on everywhere I could. With robotechs level of technology the missles could even use a maglock technology so you could praticly slap one on where ever you wanted. This feature would also be used as a "mine mode" or use of it to place a charge on a specific location of an enemy capitol ship.
  10. These are my HOLLY GRAIL. A full set 12 of MOSC original first release 12 backed Star Wars figures. All are NM 8.5 or higher grade, no yellowing, no bent corners no nothing except for a tiny bit of stress on the cards where the bubbles are attached (something that 99.9% of all of them suffered). Amazing thing is the story of how I got them, 5 years ago I paid $600 for the whole set, a 30year old's grandmom had bought a set and had stored them in the original plain brown grocery bag she got from the store. For 20+ years they sat in the closet all nestled away from the elements until this guy saw an episode of fx talking about sw toys. He called my little collectibles store I had at the time and offered them to me. Cool thing is that some of them have a pricetag on them from a small local toy store that had closed years ago. I remember this store and have very fond memories of shopping in it for toys and models. Oh my holy grail of macross toys would be my 1/48th fokker.
  11. Anybody spot the on screen role winner in last weeks episode? It was pretty obvious.
  12. I hope they do, mpop is great but he has nowhere next the detail as an alternator does.
  13. That is true but with the sucess of the line they very well can adapt to the demand. I bet these car companies that refused a toy will come grovaling back on their knee's asking for one. Hasbro should revisit them and jab them with the fact that their competitor has an awesome toy and will get a lot of publicity with it.
  14. That's lame usually car companies are always jumping at promotions, maybe they feared being turned into a decepticon.
  15. Takara by far. Takara holding his gun, hasbro lying down in death pose with a ton of added weathering and damage added with a soldering iron.
  16. Myriad- no they aren't , the trailer wheels and tires are larger than primes. For primes size he has undersized wheels, this is one of those sacrafices hasbro made for a better bot mode. Prime is a mess when trying to figure out scale. dr_vandermeer- no it's about 1/4 or less to small.
  17. Basically roller was a non sentient robot, a transformer built robot without a spark. Teletran-1 is also in the same boat as a roller or any other drone/computer/robot that the TF's use.
  18. I believe button cell batteries never leak or corrode, it has to do with the fact that they're also designed to be in a hearing aid. HECK YEAH! Mine is the same way, they match tfkenkon.com's primes and he gets his stuff early. I'm with you, I would pay $200 if there was a prime the same quality as a 1/48th. MPOP is definitely still a toy tha'ts suppose to withstand kid play use. Even MPOP bot mode has some kiddiness factors in it. Still he's in the top three of best transformers.
  19. 3 already, I'm just working on ordering my 2nd
  20. None except the back doors. This is my first one, I'll add splitting sides and other features like an interrior on my next version. That one from japan looks like it won't open right, when they mention the doors opening with magnets I expect they means just the back doors.
