From your pics
https://www.decultureshock.com/genesis-climber-mospeada-popup-shopWas there any info on the source or those drawings? Were those drawings from someone's collection?
It was from the standard packet of preproduction materials. It’s also included in the mook that comes out this week.

Oh, destination, definitely! The journey could be nice too. Sarcasm aside, they are little tifbits that I would really like answered. Again, if they had never mentioned the Megaroad again after DYRL I would have been content. But they say that it just vanished, well then that's like saying it flew into the Bermuda Triangle an never came out. Now I want to know!
But it’s fate was pretty much explained in Delta? ^^;

There have been so many other figures of them over the last decade that I suspect the market reached capacity. And many are abundant and cheap second hand these days. Maybe we’ll see something new for an anniversary year at some point. One can always hope :-)

Was there ever a reason given why we didn't get much SHF figures from SDFM,DYRL, and MF?
It seems like it would have been an easy addition. Most likely a lack of demand or market for them. OG fans are far out numbered by those of subsequent entries into the series in Japan and since manufacturers are legally not allowed to manufacture for or market to overseas markets thanks to they who shall not be named, it makes sense that they’d double down on what’s more likely to sell domestically.

While full details have yet to be announced, the official Satelight (the studio behind Macross for the last 2 decades) website has been updated to show that their business partnership with Pachinko giant Sankyo has been dissolved.
Whether or not this will have any bearing on the Macross franchise’s future is unknown. Sankyo has had investments in Satelight since 2006 and created pachinko and Pachislot games for Macross Delta, Macross Frontier (x3!) and the original SDFM (including the notorious re-animated footage in 2009).https://www.anime-recorder.com/4521/158188/

There’s normally 4 positions, often with multiple cameras.
-in the wings of the stage-on a track that runs the length of the front of the stage.
-on camera booms above or around the stage.
-at the back of the hall (telescopic zoom). There’s also sometimes smaller camera at the back of the stage, near the drummer, etc.
The ones in the wings film at angles to keep each other out of the shot. The one on the track is sometimes visible in boom shots. The booms are sometimes visible in telescopic shots.

I'd love to own all of the series/films on Blu Ray but Japanese media is so ludicrously overpriced I refuse to buy any of it.
Fortunately enough time has passed that prices on Delta discs has dropped considerably - look on the Japanese second hand market and they can be even more affordable with a bit of hunting :-)

I do want to note that the Japanese Macross Delta releases are also "Region A" - they're not region-free, but the blu-ray regions are more inclusive than the old DVD regions were.
The only other official releases you can get with English subtitles: the "Shudisuta" box set of both Frontier movies (which is an excellent box set btw, and the subtitles are great) and the special edition Macross Plus box set, but it is stupid expensive and the subtitles are... not very good. They're also only on the movie version, the OVA version includes the English audio track but no English subtitles. The Frontier set used to be relatively cheap (usually around $90) but it seems secondary market prices have gone up quite a lot.
The standalone blu-ray releases of the Plus and Frontier movies don't have English subtitles, though.
Regardless of what the listing may say, I’ve tested Delta discs in Region B players and they worked fine, so it may be a case of the listing just ticking off the necessary boxes.
