no, the rails were super tight but I just kind of forced them til they worked. I'd like to figure out how to get apart the side pieces though. the springs that hold them in are WAY to strong.
You need to sand all the contacting surfaces BEFORE combining them, those spring are too strong but does not brings as much trouble as those rails.

I haven't seen the Guardia review yet, but I was happy he liked Vulcan. He's usually pretty critical, so for him to admit that he's just nitpicking and can't think of a reason not to recommend it must mean it's really good.
I totally disagree with his assessment, too, and posted as much in the Guardia thread at TFW. It's a huge leap to assume that 3P collectors are only into MP, and CHUG-sized collectors prefer cheaper toys. I prefer CHUG-sized; I only have so much shelf space. Can you imagine if every 3P combiner was as big as Constructor? That's a size preference, not a money issue. I quit collecting Hasbro toys because of the lack of quality. I'm perfectly willing to spend more for quality. That's why I have Quantron, it's why I have M3, and it's why I'm waiting for Vulcan to complete my Guardia. I have no problems with Maketoys releasing MP-ish toys in their ReMaster line, but I like what they're doing with the MTC line just fine.
Agreed about the size, I think TW Devy is the only MP sized combiner I would buy. For all the rest, I prefer M3 and Guardia sized.

I'm looking forward to getting mine... starting with the two I ordered last Wednesday that TFSource hasn't even shipped yet. I get that smaller operations don't have the manpower to get everything out same-day, but if they don't ship by this Wednesday then screw free shipping, they're not getting my business anymore.
Hey Swoosh, are you GRAW at TFW2005?
Yes, GRAW is my user name in all toys forum except here

HUGE fan of this line. I have the Bleeding Edge, Extremis and War Machine releases with an eye on picking up the Iron Patriot armor at some point.
Pics from Wonderfest of the black and gold Marvel Now armor;
I am interested in this one, too.

Because it is secret.

If this is really going to happen, I guess initial variant Bandai will make is either one of this 3:
Hikaru 1J, 1S or Roy 1S.
At this size/price I guess I can only pick one up (already owning 30+ VF-1s), very likely it will be Roy.

Personally, I want them to make the front landing gear longer, rather than having waist joint.

Looking over the Chronology something I found interesting.
We don't know the details of the Delta War but ol' Isamu was in it.
Isamu in Delta war......... hm..... may be that's why Bandai is giving us a VF-19 Advance, can milk the mold for it if VF-19 is the main stream fighter in Macross Delta...

Sadly there is a extra filler piece for GERWALK mode when you needed it, but I really the way it deploys and hide the other modes.
