The 171 will be my first Bandai F valk - will see what its like in person before I commit to buying the rest of the SMS group.

IMHO, If it feels like it takes forever to transform the VF-25's are easier if you decide to get more F valks.

I've got them shipping my RVF-25 parts via registered SAL and I'm hopping they take their sweet time getting here. I'm already catching hell for number of boxes I've gotten over the last couple weeks. One more expensive package form japan is not something I need so soon.

Hard to compare from there considering the lightings are different.

You're right, it's hard for me to compare because of too many differences. I take back comparing and in it's place just looking at all 3 together because I love them all!

Too bad they didn't go with a fixed photo shoot setting and have them in the same generic poses (at least the Yamatos'). I wonder if they did the lighting of the TV and DYRL differently on purpose for effect as the backdrop looks the same.

To me it looks like Arcadia just used a TV version and changed the pilots and the head arrows since it's missing a lot of the markings on the DYRL or are they stickers?. I don't own any of these valks so I can't tell the subtle differences.

Even post editing can change the way they look so the best way I'll compare is to buy all 3 and physically look at them side by side.

Yup. It goes by a different factor to determine the rate. I don't know what it is but it's been lower than the google rate for awhile. Maybe they deduct 2.5% for fees and that's the remainder.

Quick question - are these valks considered a 'safe' release or they suffer from the shoulder issue?

Is this is the one on yahoo auctions? I just was asking about it in the where to buy section today. It comes with the launch arm too from what the pics show but it's also missing a stand adapter piece in the vf-1s box.
