I'm not going to lie there's something bizarrely interesting about this one even though it's all kinds of wrong.

Arcadia = Yamato Ver 2.0 is finally making Macross stuff. I hope there are more variants than the 30th Anniversary edition. Maybe Arcadia box art will be a bit better than Yamato.

Honestly, I never really paid attention to this movie until recently. With a movie title "Pacific Rim", I originally thought it was a film about some WWII conflict over the Pacific Ocean, like Pearl Harbor.
They should just change the title to Evangelion Gundam......to attract more viewers.

This morning I finished Vandread. Nice twists in eps 10 and 11 of the second stage and the final battle was well done, but man did it get stupid at times. The epilogue was also rather lackluster. I also started watching two anime series: The first being Soul Eater, looks like typical Shonen Jump manga adaptions, but as long as it ends better than Kekkaishi I won't mind even if the fan service in the first episode was ridiculous. I also started watching Excel Saga and if the first episode is any indication this will be a very painful experience. So that basically means I started watching five series and will be watching them all at once not counting stuff that is airing and SD Gundam Force (the other three series being the original Inazuman, Space Sheriff Gavan, and Kaiketsu Zubat, hooray for tokusatsu!). I never took on five shows at once and since I have nothing better to do with my existence as an exile of MAHQ I figured I might as well.
Soul Eater is really entertaining, especially watching Death the Kid's obsessive compulsive disorder with symmetry.

Sure but I make it a point to play with all newly purchased valks naked because it encourages the bonding process.
I hope the valks are the only thing naked. Things are escalating quickly here.

Watched Arcana Famiglia. After 12 episodes, the story went nowhere. The ending disappointed and confused most viewers.

Wow...Prices for the Yamato VF-4G on ebay has crossed into the insane stratosphere. $789 and $1,997. I would have ordered a dozen during pre-order.

Makes me worry that I have a handful of 1/60 valks sitting on my desk at work that could be worth more than the office set.

Solution for the transformation issue is to just buy 3 of them and leave each in a different mode. Set it and forget it. Well....I didn't say the solution was going to be cheap.
