Does anybody know when the official release date for the transforming Escaflowne figure by Yamato/Toycom is? I heard it somewhere, but I can't seem to remember. The reason why they delayed it from being released on it's original date was due to design problems. Based on VEX, it's sometime in November.

Non-Macross Related: $330 for the Perfect Grade Wing Gundam Zero Custom

Certainly it would be the Macross Plus OST's. The song "Torch Song" in a way kinda calmed me down.
If u think I smoke that crap, you're WRONG!

The best I ever saw was
Use that and what UN Spacy provided. Those are the best examples for your Mylene Cosplay.

Hey! Now we can finally make a valkyrie, and have it deform to look good in all modes!
That's only one problem solved in making a valkyrie a reality. There's the type of propulsion system needed to make a plane travel that fast, the weapons needed for close combat, the AI system and others more. It would be a dream come true if they DO manage to build a valkyrie.

Dang. 4 airbrakes that big, with that degree of extension---should be able to out-brake anything but a Harrier or a valk putting its legs forward.
Just out of curiosity(hopefully this aren't stupid questions), can our fighters of today have extra air brakes?
Is this feasible? Will this compromise the structure? Will they be able to do high angled attacks with this?

I can't remember, did the VF2SS also have the Patlabor-ish head too? I like it.
Good Eye! I knew somebody would notice that! I guess I'm not the only one who did.

Getting mine today, will write review at the weekend.
Actaully had samples at the beginning of the week, but sent them off to Shawn to display at MW CON 3, so I haven't had much time with ther toys myself.

Lookin' forward for that!

I tackled this problem when I was assembling my PG Wing Gundam Zero Custom. If the ball and socket joints around the hips/pelvis area are wobbly, here's a fix. Wrap the ball part with cellophane wrap. Don't overwrap the ball part of the joint, if you do, you'll have a hard time screwing the ball joint and the socket together. Put back in it's place and screw it together. Now you'll have a rock solid joint. As for the battery pack at the back, to keep the LR43 batteries in place and that they are touching the wires, take a small rubber band and wrap the batteries and the casing together. Turn the switch on to test if the eyes and the chest light up. Hope these tips are useful.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not encouraging her to copy other people's work.
She should use her own artistic interpretation in creating HER own version of
the Mylene costume.
