also, there is harldy any tampo printing on the yamato 1/48's...i imaging it would be the same with a MG.

a different paint scheme and "apply your own" stickers.

excuse the s*** out of me for wanting yamato to make a particular toy. im sure im not the only one.

btw..ive never and would never send a toy back overseas due to a printing error.

in no way was i demanding yamato make this toy, it was just a wish, like im sure you have done in the past.

they have them in stock...a bit more than HLJ, but BBTS's shipping is only around $10 for UPS so in the end its about the same price as HLJ.

add a vf-1s minmay guard to that list and i would be a happy man

perhaps if the yf-19 was at the alamo, there would have been a different outcome.

is there an overwhelming lack of interest in macross enemy mecha in japan? im just curious as to why bandai or yamato have not made any new zentradi sculpts.

If they do some character figures and enemy mecha, I'll take an interest. As it is, I've never had the least bit of interest for non-transforming toys of mechs that transform. Kind of sucks the spirit out of the toy.

Yes, David is correct, mine is mainly based off of the NSAWC Tomcat but I wanted to use more Flanker like colors..ie they are a little more light. I also "super-splintered" it to make it more of my own and to try and make it more complex. I should be starting on mine soon but my baby girl is going to be born tomorrow through C-section....soooo......I may have to put it off for a few days

my vote is for the stealth as well. the hikaru 1j is being reissued, so it will be fairly easy to find..atleast for a while

how did you get the panel lining so perfect?

did you use a marker or a paint brush and let the thin paint run down the lines and then use thinner to clean up the excess?
