I still like the first off-white version, but it's just me.

That damn lazy maintenance crew finally showed up to work on my Monster... jeez.. took them long enough! The actual duty crew will be arriving soon... LOL
Those look great, but you can use the clear plastic sheet as the platform of each figure to make these look much better.

The only regret you are gonna have is you wish you bought more from the begining.

Are the Arcadia Valks really light years ahead of the hi-metal Valks in terms of engineering and plastic quality? I'm quite impressed by the Hi-metals. Looking forward to the VF-1A coming out in September
Are the Arcadia Valks hefty?
Yamato/Arcadia V2 1/60 is the best to date.

This thing is so well built that I don't know how to take it apart except the die cast foot plates.

Cool that's good news. Thanks
The HMR vf-1 is totally different from the yamato in term of build and quality, the HMR feels more like a toy in the hand. The yamato has a much snug fit gap and IMO a better plastic material which looks more like a Bandai PG or MG model kit.. You have to have both toys in the hands to see the difference by yourself.
Bandai's Glaug and Regult look very close to yamato arcadia in term of build and materials.

There's no way to keep the paint intact since it's a hinge, and to match the color from dye is a step harder. Go with gunmetal or something similar if you have to print them from shapeway.

Wow, very nice box packaging, good job Arcadia.
Hmmm... I actually wanted to throw all the boxes away to slim down my collection and 5S,
Anyway wont be selling it.... should I keep the box???
Seriously I'd love to take the box off your hands if you decide to toss them away.

Good to see the monster 3 decades later after the takatoku.

No pilots included for the price tag?

my vf 0s/a does not have any problem with the legs
I won't make that kinda decisive statement if I were you when it comes to yamakardia.

Try to buff it off with toothpaste or rubbing compound.

I think the OP wants to build a brand new destroid freshly rolled out from the assembly line with the new vehicle smell in the cockpit.

Hi, that is not a high resolution scan, i can not create a decal from that
I think that's what he meant to retrace it by putting that as a template to recreate your own by tracing the outline.

Someone may as well create a giant checklist of all SDFM and DYRL mecha SEEN in the anime and put it on page 1 of the thread. Cross em off as we go. I wish they would alternate VF-1 variants vs months with new non-VF toys. Too many VF-1's variants in a row seem to burn people out. I'm looking forward to SDFM and DYRL versions of the queadluun's and nousjadeul's.
Tenjin: I ain't gonna paint all that variant craps on the boxes.

It's more like a heat shield, I'm sure I've seen many scratches in many early color art illustration by Yoshiyuki Takani.

Yeah, I always thought they have some sort of collaboration back then. The name of both companies are printed on the box, but you get the point. Hopefully Bandai or some other 3rd party companies like CM will be making a set of figurines for those bad guys down the road.

Bandai should release a package of Zentrans and Meltrans figurines in scale like the Yamato did at some points down the line.

For those who encounter strict custom declaration and taxes, which are the best stores to go for?
HLJ declares full value, but NY doesn't.

I think you won't have the issue if you bought the real Valkyrie kit by Hasegawa.
