  1. not as big as the giant ass cardboard sdf-one.

it's like 4 feet or something like that....a guy auctioning it took a picture of it next to his kid and it towered over the kid, lol.

  2. milkmanx and rth had a section on their VERY old site devoted entirely to macross customs. the site's been gone for a very long time but i thought that was a fun place to visit.

if anyone has images of RTH's stuff they should submit them, viva pink valkyrie. he was one of the customizing greats before disappearing up north.

  3. How big it that thing? Does anyone know how much it is? It looks liie it would be expensive.

50 bucks. at any toy store. Ah but here is a little sneaky plan i have to get for only 25. Go to Toys R Us. Buy a Unicron (which are on sale) for 25. Go buy a Omega Supreme. Swap toys' boxes. So you put Unicron back in the box. Go return Omega Supreme aka Unicron. (But buy Omega supreme at like Target or Walmart) where they dont know the difference,

    do it nick-chen style, lol.

hey man, lets all go check mari next time she sings.

  4. i watched it and had no strange negative effects

just remember its all make beleive. a lot of japanese movies deal with feelings of isolation and loneliness. its a negative side of living in such a fast paced capitalist society that produces cool cool toys. kairo, suicide club, and serial experiments lain all followed similar themes.

  5. those brass rods look awfully familiar and similarly sized to the ones in the 1/55 ankles, lol. way to put them to a new use though the hips/feet were a much more fitting display of your talent.

rob, get cranking on the BIGGER projects

  6. lol, the last time i talked to ginrai he abandoned his project because he realized even if you made it transfrom it was still crap.

he was a member here on the old boards, not sure if he re-joined.

  7. myk-were did you get it for $4??

there was a review of it on the old boards. it's different than the cheapie $5 bootlegs from the old days. the plastic is better and there are actually diecast parts in it besides the screws.

for $15 and under i think its excellent fodder for a beginning customizer.

  8. right now i'm looking for an accurate color pictures of a zentradi soldeir, the kind who pilot regults. perfect memory has excellent lineart of this type of zentradi but unfortuneately it seems most sites and books focus mainly on the heroes of macross instead of the villians.

i'm specifically looking for a good color guide for the feet and shot of an empty pilot compartment in a regult.

    any help appreciated.

    domo.

  9. my girlfriend has watched it like 10 times. seriously.

its a pretty good movie, but a certain song gets tiresome by the time your through. you'll know what i mean after you watch it.

if you like it check out another one called naked weapon. better fight scenes =D
