i used MS paint to make all my my buddy icons/avatars, i do each fram individually then put em to get with gid construction set

the transformers themselves dont seem to be customized at all aside from repainting

well you dont have to be realistic, its anime, most women in anime would be in wheelchairs by the time they were 40 from bad backs, just forget reality for a bit and make what looks the most attractive

my critisism has be said and some constructive advice would be for hasbro to use the techniques they did to make the beastwars transformers, its hard to make an animal transform into a robot and look good but a vechile is another story and the beastwars all had good poseability due to the abundance of ball joints

its not that TFs r bad toys, they just seem to enjoy making them ugly with neon colors, clear parts all over, giant weapons that pop into random holes and detailing every square milimeter of the things, if they were just simplified they would be so much better, alot of them have good transformations, and designs but they add so much unneeded detail, like that galaxy defender VF-1S excpet that the transformers have 2 or 3x more stuff etched onto them

To be honest, this is the only reason I was remotely interested in these figures. I didn't care for the designs in the Shadowrun action figure game and the ZG action figure game was just lame looking. Unfortunately, the game element is rather lacking. As for the toys themselves, they aren't bad, but I prefer Stikfas myself, just for the greater customization options. yea i got the chinese monk stikfa with the G2 body, the new poseability is awesome, i can believe that they didnt include a staff with those rings on it like miroku in inuyasha has, i gave it the staff from the mandor gundam MSIA

the robot one looks pretty good, i didnt get it cuz it cost more because it come with firing missles, i wundt even use the missle arm because it think it looks tacky, it ihnk it comes with like 4 or 5 different arms

personally i wouldnt even bother with any exchanging unless the figures are similar color and style, one of their suggested combinations took the robot and the fire entity and made wut looks like a robot on fire

BTW: 1, Unlike Stikfas, these guys dont come on a parts tree, just open and assemble. 2, Apparently you can play some sort of battling dice game with these. I'm sure nobody caresm it's just an added gimmick for little kids, just thought I'd mention it.
