  1. march, i'd have to give you props for your relatively objective review of the album. being both a macross fan and a kanno yoko fan, i couldn't be half as objective about reviewing this OST as you were. :)

for example, right now i'm rating it as the best.ever., but somehere in the back of my macross fanboy mind, i know that it's not true, and that there are a lot of better ones, previous KY works included. :)

I am in complete agreeance....this CD is absolutely awesome! (And it made an incredible Father's Day present!!! )

My wife laughs her head off as I try to learn the lyrics to the SMS song....she's been stuck with a Macross fanatic for 25 years now!!

  2. I respect your choice to keep them in their boxes; but seriously, what's the fun in that? Keeping them stashed away... you might as well have not even bought them. As stupid as that sounds, just think, I mean, we're not gonna live forever... right? Like, think about the guys that only own 2 or 3?

Unless you plan on selling them in the future?

But, I really do see your point. Keeps them un-yellow, right? =)

LOL! I used to do the same thing till I realized I was destroying my boxes taking them in an out. Now, when you walk into my house, the first thing you see are 3 glass shelves, one 6 ft and two 2 ft, with my entire collection displayed. I have an armored VF1J wall scroll as a backdrop. The cool thing is being able to tell people about Macross when they ask.

  3. I doubt niether one of them would care. Legally they can't support us. Plus Graham doesn't work for Yamato, so if a review for the DX VF-25 is front paged, it wouldn't really matter.

I think they are handling the 1/72 models that Bandai has announced. The VF-25 in 3 modes sans armor was the 1/72 prototype. The only glimpse we had of the 1/60 was the one with FAST packs in fighter mode only.

Judging by the pics, the VF-25 is close to the size of the YF-19 in 1/72.

My mouth is watering for VF25's in battroid mode...especially an armored ozama special! If they are produced, I'm gonna spend a ton!!!!
