Yes @tekeringmy Ger was roughly 30 clams and it shows. Very brittle PLA I think and odd to work with. That being said, I got it to cut apart and learn some articulation skills (and rid it of the gimme- a-hug pose it came with). The hasegawa one will likely arrive before I can button this guy up! Like the mospeada kitbashes, it will most likely be relegated to WIP skill builders of which are invaluable to me 🤗

Thanks for the feedback, viewing y’alls work is a great motivator for me. There is virtually zero interest in model building locally:( Will keep ya posted on the Ger. It was pretty cheap as evidenced by the extremely shallow detail and it melts readily when worked to much. Slow and steady, tortoise wins the race on this one I’m hoping!

Unfortunately, this is next in line… Just now realizing the differences in working pla models. Any suggestions on how to TLC this thing is greatly appreciated!

I’m new here, love the site and all the talent. It’s mind blowing the work posted here. I saw @Papa Rat acquired a 1/15 mospeada. I purchased two of the Houquet and after a test fit decided to alter them heavily. Here are a few pics, they are a bit hmarly and will forever be unfinished I suppose.
