I have the Neograde version... Very different that original, but until now it's the best option that I could get. But I agree with you Exo, Yasuhiro Imai's version is the best GBP ever created!

I think the VF-1 in 1/48 scale is too big for PE model, because the frame can't support the weight of full plane maybe.Anyway, thanks for your suggestion, I will consider it seriously.
May be you can use a thicker metal plate?
