    1.  I've used both CC and Paypal and no issues at all. (both are about the same in terms of foreign currency exchange rates)

    2.  I prefer using paypal as it is much easier transaction

    3.  Not sure about this as my address matches.

    4. Mandarake is no small company and they are listed on Japan stock exchange.

    5. Just order from mandarake with confidence!

    *Their shipping to US is pricey since only DHL Express is available but you do get your stuff real fast (3 days)*

    I've had this issue when I was purchasing my YF-29 Durandal but the I was able to update the information through the website fine..

    May be mine went through fine since it wasn't a preorder item... but this does sound dumb though that they can not update a payment information

    when the order is already placed in their system.. this is very unlike of Amazon as they love to rake in your money..:huh:

    Sign up for DHL delivery notices @BroTaku79 when you get stuff from Manda. That's how kept track of my Yammie 1/60 VF-11b from getting lost or stolen by porch thieves once it's gets dropped off. 

    I have DHL notification but that isn't the issue...the problem is DHL driver saying delivery exception two times when I was home all day...

    these drivers are lazy and they don't even want to input a gate code to open the gate of my apartment...on top of that DHL system is just

    broken period.  After two failed delivery attempt, I had chosen to have my package delivered at one of DHL's service point location and even

    that failed as I got a notification stating incorrect address delivery exception...like how does that happen when I chose service point specified by

    DHL system.  So now, I had to get on the phone for an hour with dumbass DHL and had to get the package routed to DHL delivery hub center

    before these morons try to send the package back to Japan... I am not even confident about having to have this routed to DHL hub center as DHL morons

    are fully capable of messing this one up too.. 

    DHL is the only carrier that I had problems with, no fedex, no UPS, and no USPS errors.

    Yeah I was looking at them on Ebay lol I came across this from Ebay and did the search and found this thread.

    Guess these Ebay ones don't come with the stands?  and from the looks of it, guess max & miriya are all PF?

    I have done two transactions and all were packaged carefully!

    One of the item had a hiccup with USPS (COVID Delays) but Joe responded to all replies and 

    even went as far to file a claim with USPS while we waited for the package.
