  1. they accept refund if you agree to the 20% penalty from the product price purchased. Which I agree, there was a email exchange asking do I agree. I Agree to that and that is when they went MIA for 2 months, now they have a new website update too.
  2. thanks for sharing, maybe is just me that they are avoiding since I send them 8 emails since no one reply me. almost 1 a week. Since you paid for shipping, they probably still have normal process for customers that finish the payment for shipping. I just wanted 1 item to be refunded within the whole shipping order, thinking I can use that money to pay for the shipping. waiting for 2 months for this.....
  3. with that timeline info and mines their customer support seems no longer available which it is very BAD. Now i have to wait for them to reply maybe i get a respond months later. so i can have my figures ship....
  4. This may not be related to Metal Builds but has anyone experience no Customer Support or reply from Anime-Export for the past 2 months? I know they updated there website but how is it effecting their mail box? I shoot them 8 emails the first 2 reply i got was 2 months ago before they went MIA. what is going on with Anime-Export ?
  5. Even if is basic articulation like the Nu, Sazabi will be a hot cake for sell dew to the fan and dew to pairing it up with the Nu will give it a awesome display. I will still go for it. This will be a bloodbath
  6. why do I not get the sense of any '' Soul Red '' from this I was hoping for a more redish/pink hue over the whole gundam repaint reflect when hit among the light to show the Soul Red...
  7. i love Bluefin price but i don't like how they ship items without double boxing... i would love to have the option to choose double boxing & padding for the extra price. -Points finger at Bluefin, and dont trash away the brown box ( box sleeve before events )
  8. I recall you mentioning you were not getting the metal structure while back, saying it was too pricey. change of heart ? it is a sexy beast, won't blame ya if you did XD
  9. yes I did, I am a little but at the same time I am not. After watching the whole review I totally understand the point they made. The guy did mention two distinct point about bandai creating this with the mindset of limiting some of the articulation and wanted a feel of the classic old MG Nu kit that was release decades ago. One thing they did on the forearm is the spring that spring down when you bend the arm but they did not do that on the bicep. If they did that it would exceed the 90 degree, instead they made the effect of opening the bicep to get the '' unicorn '' like mode. For the leg is the thigh connecting to the hips it limited the movement lifting it up, there are two things, one it could be cause the detail it has with the detail '' plastic tube '' that it has connecting from thigh to hip, have to look the the part where the video show them lifting the skirt up. I think if bandai use something more spring like or allow it to slide it more to the side where it won't over stretch from the back so it gets the legs to raise higher and you can get the knee bending down pose. other then that I think it is worth the price. I do not paint kits, so think of it you are paying for the person putting the effort to paint and custom from a PG kit. But even so you will not get the amount of die-cast and the weight and sturdiness from a PG. you custom a PG kit and put the LED can you really move around as much as this MS Nu ? I mean The kit you have to be even more careful to not scratch and to not break any piece as you make a pose. this is just my opinion and to me I like it. Hopefully their Future MS lineup can be better and take the consideration that fans want to articulate more just to get more amazing pose.
