More sounds like because it was a single slot the armor could shift and rock, damaging the leg paint.

Based on an old forum post, there appear to be 3 series released.

If you get the other set the Tomahawk is pretty great.

Anime Export got mine, only $32 to ship via small packet to California.

Hope the tariffs aren't too bad...

Well, was busy working on a work project due Monday, and guess I missed all the preorders.

also you don’t need to worry about it being unpopular, M7 and Basara are huge in Japan.

Mine were very brittle, I manged to get a few together safely, but they were definitely brittle.

Well, on the bright side at least the tariffs are only on the base cost, and not the exorbitant shipping?

That's about normal, the sellers are paying 16,500yen plus shipping. So they're only making about 1500yen per sale.

I have one for sale, but it might be a few weeks before I can ship it out. Got separated from my collection to care for a family member.

I’ll say I am not looking forward to the shipping charges and possible tariffs on the kickstarter.

Got in my artillery pods though, and they look good. Makes me excited for the scout pod and the rest of the non-transforming figures.

but one thing is certain that the shipping cost for the SDF-1 will be one heck of price tag. 

My guess is that though the SDF-1 is larger and heavier, the VF-0 is more complex. More parts, more involved assembly.

Man, those shipping charges sting....but at least I can skip the ebay prices for the artillery pods...

Wish the latter series were a bit easier to find. I have series 1, plus 2 sealed boxed, but couldn't find much for the rest.

They look very similar to the metallic coated Gundam kits, which electroplated on top, for the uncolored metallic ones the coating thickness isn't too bad (colored metallic is much thicker).

Will need to wait for mine to show up to see how it looks up close. I have a few kits I can compare against.
