Yeah, I did just notice that the area with the grey recessed bits looks a bit more pronounced than on the rest of the jets.

Yeah, hopefully they'll release some neutral ones, even Messer's would look a bit off. If they do, I've already screwed up there by ordering Messer's packs for my C and E, but I can live with that so long as I don't have to hunt down a third set for the A.

From the looks of it the main wing body and the rest of the attach points are the same mould as the rest of the 31s, so I'd guess that any will fit. If they don't release a set of true neutral packs, Messer's would probably be the best fit.

Doesn't make much sense that they can charge drones that they can't deploy. Maybe one of our talented 3D modellers will provide a solution?

Oh boy, I really didn't expect this to be next! And web exclusive, no rush.

But still the same weapon pod?! Kawamori gave Bandai so many options with this design and they've used hardly any of them.

I felt a great disturbance in the Fold, as if millions of wallets suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

I actually only started collecting last year when I picked up Luca at Jungle in Tokyo, so I don't feel any major need to complete any squad, but I wanted the 31C and E to match against my 1/60 Milias and Luca, and neutral SPs for both since it's actually an option. My collection already cost me a whole lot even before the new Valks, so price is definitely an issue.

This thread had a triple-threat explosion event I guess, between some making the PO, others cancelling, and those like myself making their payments. Exciting! 

Just to let you know peeps, my missiles and pylons arrived today none the worse for SWs rule-bending  Time to learn to paint whilst I await my 31C!

Maybe they've decided they're spacing them out a bit too much, so they're bumping the schedule forward by increments? Seems unlikely, but we can hope.

I'd say get the original if you want to match it with a 31C for the faux M&M pairing. Get the last episode colours if you're willing to wait for a figure we haven't even seen yet, and would fight to the death for (based on preorders so far).

Just my view of course  The 31C preorder was so tense that if I get a 31E as well I'll consider my mission complete.

@Xigfrid Just got an email from Shapeways, it looks as though they've reinstated everything but the PaCSWS 2C in WSF  Thanks for that! Is that last one requiring more work or has it just slipped the net?

Edit: also sent Shapeways a reply asking the same, so don't be surprised if they've already fixed that by the time you look.

Edit 2: They've reinstated everything now, will let you know once it's all printed!

I kinda felt that what you described is what happened, though perhaps not as "true Jenius" as either of us would have liked. Everyone was ready to give up before Mirage chewed out their fold-connected-minds, triggered Freyja's musical space magic defense response, won the war but lost the triangle.

@Xigfrid that would be Europe, I did have my own doubts when literally all of them failed.

Just a heads-up, seems that Shapeways aren't printing the 101s or their pylons, SWS-2 or DX single pylons in WSF, right now at least.

Confession: Makina and Reina are my Delta platonic OTP. I'm hashtag Team Mirage, but nobody in the main triangle is as likeable as those two.

More Walkure and Mikumo tracks would be nice, best music Macross ever had IMO.

Maybe they're going to give Arad some hero moments in the movie before they release? Though I was starting to assume that they were saving the alternate colour versions and Kairos for post-movie release. Schedule seems pretty tight.

PS. I just realised: more hype for the 31E. Nooooo.

I hope this is a sequel and a vehicle to push out the DX Kairos / alternate colour hero units, and not just a recap or reimagining. It seemed as though Delta ended with more left to tell.

Gotta admit, that Regult has me even more tempted than getting a VF-1 for project work. Just hope the price is right, I don't really care for seeing its innards.

If you refer to vf-31 stations, the AMM-101 come in a 18-pack. You can fill a lot of slots with this pack. 

You can use them with only triple pylons (they come in a pack of 4 pylons) and fill stations 1,2A, 4A and 5. For a total of 12 missiles onboard .

You also use them with the dedicated pack of AMM-101 pylons and fill the stations 1,2a,2B,4A,4B and 5. 18 missiles on one bird. 

 

Yeah, that's about what I figured, thanks for the Master File photo link! I was going to go for just 6 AMM-101s and a pair of HMMs per Valk, but the photo's convinced me to go for 12 each on the long pylons. I guess I'll have spares if I ever decide to give Luca a payload

Nice try! I literally have to buy at least two Delta VFs since I have two of Messer's SPs on PO, and I have an RVF-25 as well as Milia's 1J and 22S to match against, so...

After that, the only one that I would buy would be a 31A if I can survive the PO.

@Xigfrid Awesome shots! I was thinking of getting some AMM-101s on triple pylons for stations 2 and 4, do you think they'll be a good fit?
