    So Red Frame is on pre-order Thursday but the Destiny is somewhere on 30 October to 1 November?

    Strange way of doing it... :blink::wacko:

    Would have thought both would be on at the same time or it'd be spaced out differently...

    The Destiny MB is really ambiguous...

    No, the Destiny will be available at the Tamashii Nations event @Akiba during that period.

    It will be put up on the Tamashii web-store at a later date for pre-orders :)

    Yeah my hobby shop had the red frame. I was as surprised as you, since bandai haven't announced if it's a tamashii exclusive or not. I'm sure they have the right channels as they have always delivered on any and everything they put out for preorder. Never missed a beat, so I'm sure they've already secured allocations of the red frame. The Strike Freedom preorder sold out in less than an hour, but i managed to snag one. Seems like the red frame is going a little slower.

    It's confirmed to be a regular release.

    Indeed. It is a difference of 616 JPY with the posted price. Is Japan sales tax still around 8%? That would put the actual Tamashii retail price around 8744 JPY and the no tax difference at about 1376 JPY. Even then, it's still not bad if N-Y can secure the orders. If you have a contact or family overseas, then it may be worthwhile to seek out another solution.

    Tamashii-web exclusives will always have the 8% tax included, because it has to be delivered to a Japanese address.

    So take that 616JPY as a 'commission fee' for NY :p

    I believe that all the Tamashii Nations event exclusives from 2012 (MB Trans-AM Raiser onwards) have been offered on a lottery basis.

    Not too sure about the previous years for GFFMC Psyco MK I (H.K Night) & RX78-2 Roll-out, although these were made available at various gundam events around where I live.

    I'm sure you can guess that I'm a UC loving Gundam fan :p

    Do have 0083:Stardust Memory & Origin II on pre-order at AmzJP; left with 0080: War in the Pocket whenever it gets a re-master :(

    Don't crucify me on the SEED/DESTINY BD sets.

    Have a soft spot for it despite its glaring problems (more so than Wing, which I never plan on re-visiting.)

    They came with english subtitles and I was able to find them for less than half of retail price.

    So I figured why not grab em instead of waiting on an NA release with no guarantee of collector-like packaging and PQ/SQ.
