Took the plunge and got all at once from AmazonJP

Just got back from the Gundam event held over here

The 2015 edition of the Gundam encylopedia is due to be released end of June: http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/4048650963?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

If I'm not mistaken this copy will contain everything (colour & visual settings, description, line-art) till G-Reco, GBF TRY and The Origin I.

This could come in handy for planning colour schemes / modifications etc.

Otherwise, it's a solid material for any gundam fan

They should update the page sometime later with the necessary infomation.
But as with regular Tamashii releases, we can expect pre-orders to open either at the end of June, or start of July.

Don't get your hopes up too high with HLJ.

They've been opening up many high-demand "order stopped" products today, so it MIGHT be a system error which has happened before.

MB Gold Frame was teased in Nov '14 with a release date Jun '15.

So I'm guessing a end of year release, or January '16, so pre-orders are still at least a month or two away.

Nah, the event is just to showcase upcoming releases.

Only the year end event in November will have event exclusive products.
