    35 days? ... hm... working out and lifting weights is one thing... but I don't wanna change my diet. I like eating what I eat. Hell - I hardly even eat KFC or Pizzas anymore... maybe just once a week. One McRoyal a week, one X-large pizza a weak and one twister menu at KFC a week...other than that it's just sausages, salami, chicken curry, sandwitches...donhuts...potato chips...chinese food...

    What the hell am I supposed to eat? Grass? Carrots? (I actually like carrots)...

    Can I really get ripped in 35 days if I change my diet? I wonder...

    Anyways - in the movie, Conan likes to eat too, and he's ripped.

    Well the magazine is for people who lift weights, so most people who subscribe are ripped somewhat anyway. I subscribe to the magazine, lots of good stuff in it.

    He'd make a perfect Conan. They wouldn't need to train him to act either. Anybody see the Rundown?

    Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. Why the hell does Dwayne Johnson do crappy movies, he's way better than that? The Tooth Fairy? Is his agent high or something? The Rock should be doing violent kick ass movies like Schwarzenneger. He was suppose to be Arnold's successor, what the heck happened? In either case Conan has to be ripped, antimidating, and look bad ass. Maybe the studio doesn't want to shell out the money for him. It makes me wonder if this movie is really getting studio support, or if its going to be a movie straight to DVD.

    Nothing Absoultely NOTHING

    A big thanks to all the hullaballo and OVER stimulation of marketing around christmas I really dont care for it

    Dont care for family dinners anymore. Rushing dressing making sure you have something to bring blah blah nope no thanks

    Buying presents Nope no thanks GOt sick of Christmas decorations going up at Nov 1st

    This year they even were going up as Halloween shi t was still up

    I usually take my kids to TRU in the evenings over winter to get out a bit but not during Mid Nov to Boxing day cause everybody is so stressed and impolite

    Last year I was out on boxing day (of course nothing on sale..) this frantic bi tch knocked my 2 year old daughter over and kept on walking yelled at the bi tch....AND I was escorted out???

    I dont want people to buy me shi t over christmas cause it means me buying sh it in return

    I hate gift cards it cheapens it and just makes corps richer

    I would rather be working even on christmas and New years no thanks to Corps pushing small greedy Mother ****** agencies and

    since im a contractor I dont get holiday pay. So fuc k em im not buying anything, I buy my kids lots of toys throughout the year and myself

    since my wifes birthday in dec that makes it easy too

    I dont wish for world peace cause it will never come.... as long as humans keep differentiating themselves by religion, border race, creed, cultural distinctions or status

    I dont care about the economy either. If the all the money in the world would suddenly disappear good. We in our backward minds will probably develop a new representation of the representation of the representation for something instead of sharing things so who cares

    Dont care about peoples well being either...except my 2 kids ... until people start seeing the value of paying more for homegrown and non commerical farming food fu k that too

    Well on the last note I guess since im a disappointed idealist i would actually care about people if they didnt act so dam stupid all the time.

    Anywho. Not that anyone is giving me money or present but I am buying the GFFMC MKII and 1/24 Patlabor Yammy for myself.

    BTW For those of you that celebrate Corpxmas enjoy your holidays anyways hope you get what you want

    Or it could be that just maybe...just maybe that in these trying times a nice escapist movie is just what people want to see. Just because it isn't thought provoking or deeper like say Beast Wars was (in terms of TF) doesn't equate it to bad. I really don't think that if you enjoy this movie it reflects on your intelligence level of all things. Furthermore it's a Michael Bay movie, the guy has been making the same types of movies pretty much since he started with a style that is very much his own, if everyone hates it so much why do you keep paying to see his movies?

    Some interesting tid bits from the exit polls

    "Paramount's national exit polling revealed several notable facts. While the first "Transformers" film, released in 2007, skewed 60-40 toward men over women, the split in the new film was more even at 54% male, 46% female. More than 90% of those surveyed said the new movie was as good as or better than the first film. About 67% of moviegoers polled said the film was "excellent," an even better score than that generated by Paramount's "Star Trek," one of the year's best-reviewed movies."

    Obviously people enjoy it, and you don't even need exit polls to tell you that.

    I had my doubts going in, but I really enjoyed this movie! Don't get me wrong, this movie started really badly with too much of Sam's parents, college roommates, etc., but once it got going with building up Optimus Prime and his relationship with Sam it really took off. I also found the mythology a lot more interesting, that there are more forms of energon so the Transformers are not totally doomed. And they also took time to build up the the villains characters of Megatron and Starscream. The fight scenes were also a lot better, with slow motion when critical hits occurred so you could take your time to digest what was happening. One thing which I found really stupid was the really tiny transformers the size of bugs. Seriously, they need to stick with big bots. But the movie really shines when Optimus Prime is onscreen, anytime he's is in action or dialogue scene he just oozes charisma.

    Here's the source for the alternate ending- also it goes even further with John connor/marcus waking up and shooting kate and kyle reese when they come in to see "john connor" after his surgery! He was the ultimate infiltration unit- he convinced the leader of the resistance that he was a good-hearted terminator, had his wife put her husband's skin on his body, and then turned and killed them all.

    Bleak, baby. Bleak.

    Just found out there was some sort of Little Big Planet scratch card promo for Nariko and Kratos skins with a GameStop/EB preorder. WTH Sony, just give them out to people who buy the game! Anybody have an extra of these codes lying around?

    Oh and just picked up MotorStorm: Pacific Rift. Gonna try it tomorrow.

    I hear there are a lot of extra codes just sitting at gamestops. I'm going to stop into one today and see if they have extras.

    MGS 4 : Guns of the Patriots

    I managed to get all the masks of the B & B ladies and drebin, I wonder if there are mask for everyone, from sunny to otacon........ I bought every single weapon available too, not sure about any secret ones though. I've not tried wearing any of the masks, but maybe they give you specail abilities like in mgs 3 with the camouflage.

    You can also get raiden with visor, raiden without visor, colonel campbell (mission 1 briefing), otacon, and I think you have the rest. Just drive the Mk. II during briefings and run into people to get the masks. Colonel campbell is only in Act I briefing.

    Beowulf the CG movie

    It is so hard to tell those pics are CG at all! I'm defintely going to check this out.

    Did any of you see "Beowulf and Grendel" starring Gerard Butler before he did The 300? It is a pretty good flick and you might be able to rent it still at Blockbuster. It takes a realistic view of the Beowulf and Grendel story and is quite a compelling movie.
