I work for Apple, sir. I will be willing to work out a deal with you. Heck, if you want, I will work out a deal for a 60 gig. I can get you a better deal than anyone, cause Apple does not discount their items to anyone, and they don't let their resellers do it either.
I am leaving Apple in the next few weeks, so let me know.

Hey man! I am SOOOOO sorry it took me soooo long to get back to your PM.
I continue to be the bearer of bad news.
I am out of Yamato stands. Sorry man.
But to other MACROSS WORLD MEMBERS...
aaajin is a VERY trustworthy and honest macross world fan. I have dealt with him SEVERAL times. Each transaction has been AMAZING. He is a man of his word. Any deal you have with him will be fluid and flawless.

I just saw some of these go up on eBay today. The opening bid is like 300 bucks or something. OUCH.

depending on which parts I might be interested in the junker. I'd have to look through my pile of corpses to see which part I need though....
all I need to fix one is a head cannon... which I already have... probably with the sdf arm I can't find
. The other one can use two lower arms, a canopy, and a head cannon mounting piece [probably a whole head cannon as I have no clue how that piece would get attached besides being cast around the cannon ]If anybody else wants the bits let them have them first as I already have 4 intact ones plus the one I partially merged with spawn stuff and my 2 fixer uppers. I don't want to be called greedy... especially as cheap as I am

Hey all! I just got my first two FLEXIDISPLAY stands from MacrossWorld. If you have not tried him yet, I suggest everyone buy from CHOWDER. He is AWESOME!
With that shout out aside, I have 6 Yamato Valkryie Display stands that I want to trade for Flexidisplay stands. Flexidisplay stands came in 3 different sizes, from what I understand, with either a ROUND base or a SQUARE base.
I don't care what size, if you want to trade, I will. (Flexidisplay stands retailed for 18 - 25 bucks a pop. ONE Yamato stands retails for about 50 bucks. Pretty good deal, I would say...)
Or, if you do not want a YAMATO Valkyrie stand, and have a FLEXIDISPLAY you want to sell, PM me or answer to this message post.

My Yamato Display stands are ALL brand new. But, note, I no longer have the boxes for them. Otherwise, they are complete with all the pegs (they will display ANY VALKRYIE or MACROSS MECH made by Yamato) spider legs, arm and base. I even have the instruction booklet for all of them! They are MINTY MINT of all that is MINT. MOST of them were NEVER USED. (I own 8, and will keep the two I used most).
I don't care if the flexidisplays are new or used. I don't care if they have the box or not. MAKE ME AN OFFER!
Uh...that's all for now.

1/24 is huge. Too bad about the poor detail.
Back when I was a boy...wait, I guess I still am a kid. Anyway, my buddies all played with Transformers. I was hoping they made a SDF-1 that would rival Fortress Maximus in size and bulk.
But a Valkyrie? That thing must be nearly 2 feet long! WOW.

Weird. I have never seen this before.
Its funny. Until I became a member to Macross World, I thought I knew it all and saw it all. But then, I discovered there were such things as SD Joke Machine STUFFED valkyries. And strange model kits. And bootlegs. And SWEET recasts (like my 1S 1:48 Low Vis head) and not so sweet recasts (I wont mention names).
I love it though.
The obscure toys and models help to keep Macross collecting fun!
I hope you find your model/toy valkyrie. Good luck! If you want to find it anywhere, this be the place.

The PAY PAL nightmare continues.
After 2.5 weeks, 180 pages faxed in, 36 phone calls, 23 emails, I finally get my account opened. For less than 48 hours.
Then I get another email from Pay Pal.
They are going to freeze my account again, and hold my money ransom for SIX MONTHS. WHILE THEY ARE EARNING INTEREST on it. I cannot touch it. ALMOST ALL MY MONEY was in that account.
How can they expect a person to survive if nearly all their money is frozen for a minimum of SIX SOLD MONTHS???? Worse, I was told it MAY EVEN BE LONGER than six months.
If they spent a fraction of this energy going after the guy who stole the money I sent for my fiance's ring, I would have had my money back long ago. Instead, Pal Pal lets the REAL CROOKS get away, while they crucify the honest peson.
I have nearly 200 verified Pay Pal transactions. A line of credit through Pay Pal. 560 ebay feedback, all 100 percent positive, and NEVER EVER one single complaint filed against me, EVER. None of this is taken into consideration. Pay Pal does not care. They want to earn interest on your money that you cannot use for SIX MONTHS.
This is criminal. DO NOT USE PAY PAL. EVER.
I am going to a lawyer.
At least I was able to pay Fortress before they stole my money.
BEWARE OF PAY PAL MACROSSWORLD fans. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Many people have said their low vis is "less special now."
I don't agree. I am working on aquiring one from a macross world member right now (backed away from another one). As soon as there is speculation on the release of a similar item or a re-issue, the originals get abanonded or less loved.
The low vis is still the holy grail for most 1/48 collectors. The fact is, the original release is so small, and they are so hard to get, that they will always be valueable and sought after.
Or maybe, I'm just saying that cause I have not closed the deal on the low vis, and I am still high on the very thought I am even getting one. But I do not think the nostalgic ora will ever ware off. I love my valks. I mean LOVE. It's dangerous. They are my babies. And...
And...
And it's getting late, and I am not really going anywhere with this.

SAVE ROBOTECH is an honest, straight shooter. I am one VERY, VERY, VERY satisfied customer. I will buy from him again, and again and again. Buy from him wtih confidence. And, his items got to me FASTER than several items I ordered from the US! No joke!

As far as the Toymani Valks go, here is my two cents....
If you asked me to pay what I felt the toy was worth...
One dollar. Yea, a buck is all I'd pay for a floppy legged, poorly painted, cheap plastic, horrendous detailed, QC plagued toymani POS.
They are getting hard to find. And, some people like them. One man's junk is another man's treasure. Our toys are only worth what we want to pay.
My girlfriend, for example, constantly reminds me that "she does not understand my obsession with Macross or my (1:48) toy valkyries."
Maybe I just don't understand.
Personally, give me my 1:48 Yamato. Or 1/55 BanDai.
