Gahhhhh she finally arrived not more than 30 minutes ago! And im glad to report nothing broken or missing!

I was starting to freak out a little especially after a few people received theirs with damage..

Well anyways.. I fitted her up with a simple weapons load out and straight up on display!

Not going to attempt a transformation at this stage, just happy that she's finally in my possession! And looking sexy as along side her sisters!

I must say the new design is so much more sleek & refined looking than the earlier YF-19 design.. not that I didn't notice that in all the pics previously posted.

Seems to lock up and hold her shape pretty well compared to the older Yamato versions but still feels a little flimsy and fiddly to handle.

Okay, here are some pics of the wing. It's completely broken across the top and bottom in slightly different spots. The only reason it's still attached is because the bottom part snaps into the top. But the top and bottom are both cracked straight through. It sure doesn't sit straight.

holy crap! that's pathetic! I'd be so pissed! Are they using some kind of brittle plastic or what? I saw someone else had a piece of the wing broken completely off theirs!? I have to admit im a little nervous about mine as its still in transit..

I already picked up the VF-1 Squadrons book from HLJ.. is quite a nice little book! Shame I cant read a word of Japanese.. at least there are plenty of juicy Valkyrie porn pics!

I found this I-Men Collection Robotech Max Sterling which has been packed away for who knows how many years! I thought I had more of them but cant seem to find them.. so I figured I'd let this one go.

Is in great condition, slight storage wear only.

Gee I'd hate to talk up my own listing here but I think the Max Sterling is quite rare! Cant seem to find any on ebay or other sites.. hey maybe I didn't look hard enough!

Your stands are amazing! I would definitely be interested in buying a few for sure! I did go through this thread but just in case I missed any comment you might have made regarding the possibility of making these available for purchase in the future.. What is your outlook on that possibility at this stage of development?

2 transforms right through, no hassles, and loving it. I prefer without the FP's for sure, but then i was never a HUGE fan of the 19 FP's anyway.

Oh! please be sure to post a few pics after you've completed the panel lines! I was thinking of doing the same with mine when it arrives.. I have a "double nuts" which has been panel lined and it looks great!

I'd just leave it. Shipping from HK is generally cheaper so it should roughly even out. HLJ can take up to a week to ship orders, although I imagine most of the initial YF-19 orders will ship from HLJ this weekend.

Its not the shipping costs that bother me so much, its the fact they have no idea when they are getting their stock and or when they will be shipping the YF out.. I was under the impression that it might have been a faster option to buy out of Japan instead..

I have had a pre-order cancelled by HKC in the past as they had over allocated.. HLJ still says they have stock.. I just don't want to miss out or have to pay a higher re-sale price later on..

although I pre-ordered my YF-19 through HK Collectibles, (which I kinda regret now) do you think it would be safe enough to just buy one from HLJ and cancel my pre-order with HKC? I emailed them to ask when they will be shipping them and they have no clue as to when they will be receiving stock which is a little disheartening to hear..
