  1. Im kinda excited from viewing that video, as much as I have felt burned by the alpha/legioss. Im hopeful that its great, as it looks nice in both modes IMO.

As for the exclusive head, it just looks like the toynami version has big anime eyes, just carefullly look in the helmet of original head, and you will see it looks more realistic. I prefer the realistic one!

Heres hoping that price is maintained, and QC iisn't an issue!

  2. $25-$30, win.

    current price, no sale :-(

I was always under the impression that was not a partsformer, so am so disappointed about this, so if anyone sees these go on sale for cheap, please post here! I would still love to have 'A' motoslave, but ah well....

  3. Im actually fine with that, but ur friends very lucky to be getting such a cool pressie, so Im sure they wont mind waiting longer lol

Every time i see these figures Im just 'wow'. So awesome!

Now the only question i have....

who will win? Goku, or my existing Star wars 'man dolls' for supremcy of the display cabinet??? TUne in same bat time, same bat channel, for the answer!

    :p

  4. Just put in a pre order with the etoys place, dropped the 23USD deposit, thought I may as well give em a go! =-)

whilst i have most of the hybrid figures released, Im thinking i might sell them off and just have this as the dbz collection, they just look so fantastic! So much for not gtting into 'man dolls' lol ( sorry, that term just cracks me up for some reason, in my twisted, twisted mind LOL)

so did you pre order goku from them as well? I haven't purchased from them before, so I hope they are good sellers?

  5. cool cube, will check em out. I get a lot of stuff from BBTS, its a 'know commodity' and shippings up front costs are shown for the most part.

Macrossworld, not only tempting you with macross, but everything else under teh sun that is cool LOL

  6. mines yellow lion's spring that holds it together in voltron mode doesn't work so great... kinda dont like leaving it hanging as im worried will fall out. So plastic is prob a good solution. It looks awesome, pity bout the lack of mini weapons ( at least the stand has them that you can buy now)

  7. i suspect being a prototype that its resin, hence kinda heavy. Same happened when the Q Rau came out, showed all those clear blocks under the proto, but in real life it was light as!

And i agree, i MUST BE OWNED by any mospeada fan! its frakentastic! just ooozes coolness and accuracy! !

  8. lol, the falcon thats lighter and more rust resistant the the regular metal millenium hehe

as for AT-AT, I have only seen the Endor one, about a year ago at TRU, and HAD to buy it ! as I was walking through the mall with it a bearded guy said' thats for you, aint it' LOL.

    BUT

hated the 'no paint', so this is what i did..

    atat15.JPG

MUCH happier with it now ! hehe

  9. Darn that price ! however, i think jedi insider or somewhere was posting all the features it would do, and quite frankly, if its going ot be able to walk and make numerous sound effects and other crazy things, well i understand the price!

as for the BMF, even if its 300, it WILL be mine mwahhahahahaa.. But seriously, its deadly cool!

it wont go STRAIGHT into storage like the others LOL.

(missus askes; " why is there a star wars ship suspended over our bed?" .... reply; " not just a star wars ship, its the Millenium Falcon.)

    ^_^

  10. just relooking at how i did it, i unscrewed teh shoulder canon off first, the the should engine tilted back a little bit more than normal when in fighter mode, so the cover can open upto almost 90 degrees. Then you will see what im talking bout easy enough.

  11. actually, is the teh 'swing forward/back' movement in that second shot ur trying to stiffen?

If it is, you can lift the top cover of the engine, by doing some careful positioing that is, and can undo a screw that holds the metal arm that connects to the shoulder. I took mine off and applied a minute amount of super glue on it, smeared it a little, and let dry. ULTRA small bit ! otherwise it will be too tuff and will have to sand it back!

as for the 'tilt' on the shoulder, thats tougher. it would be a 'work in a small amount of super glue' but its a bit messy....you always keep moving the joint though using that method as even when u think its dry, its not. just keeping moving it some more lol

  12. i believe good sirs you need to

    1/ pull apart joint

2/apply nail polish to friction area

    3/allow to thoroughly dry

    4/rebuild

    viola!

safer than doing the superglue method, which i used on my toynami legioss for his shoulder joints, worked well, but secret is to move the joints continuously after applying small amount of superglue, so it doesn't freeze the joints. I think that works better on joints that cant be seen.

  13. COol man, thanks for the offer! If you know a way of getting this cheapest possible, just shoot me a PM would be awesome! I think postage is postage you know, everywhere is a long way to me lol, but singapore is prob one of the cheaper options when its being shipped to Australia

*starts staring at 'you have PM' box, waiting for it to activate..... hehe*

Hikaru, if you have a spare soul, you should sell it. Ones more than enough. ;-)
