Holy crap. I understood all of tha with my private pilot training. That is hard crap. specially since they wer in ascent from the airport. you dont have much altitude and your at low speed.

Yes you need to cut the tip off. Im the one who started the Strike cannons after a chat with Jung. That is a recast of my strike cannon you all have. as well as teh FP armor and SD pilot.
Painting these things are a pain int he ass. I washed all the pieces but i still cant get primer to stick to it. it peels off even when using tamiya maskign tape.

Soze is selling 1/48 Hikaru 1S for 110!!!! I bought mine couple of days ago and I love it. of course he lives mear me so we met and I picked it up. But only 10 bucks for shipping. suposedly.

I will talk to Rob and use my Hikaru 1S and recast it. I will try to get Alex to recast the Low Vis. I want that one too!!! hehe.
Ok im dumb I dont see the difference in Pilots. What is teh difference b/w my Hikaru 1S pilot and the hikaru 1A pillot except the 1S pilot is rubbery like the Low Vis.
I just got my first 1/48 liek two days ago from Soze. Thanks Soze!!!! and I havent been keeping up with 1/48 info cause frankly I didnt have one until now.

holy crap that thing is cool and freaky at the same time. I keep thinking of a Wolverine Lazaraus comic Where they took kids and chopped up their brians to power a robot. I guess liek Robocop but woth out free will. Kinda like the Starwars Shadow Fighters. Brains of deceased Ace Tie Fighter pilots given the edge of the dark side and then implanted into small tactical robot planes. Freaky!!!!!

Hey guys. Kidk and I did a test a while back. Kidk's roommate copied the first disc on DVD-R and that disc is now Hirohawa's
I got a DVD burner and am anxious to make copies. For one I dont have the third set. When done I plan to make a complete set. I wil ahve DVD covers/inserts and all (not sure If I will provide DVD cases) but It will still be a good back up.

I was reading the manual and yamato has every piece listed by part number. So does that mean you can order parts if you need them? I couldnt read the lower right hand portion.

Even at HLJ's price, its too much for them. They are junk. Probably the worst release of Macross merchandise since this new wave of Macross toys has started. The only Macross toys I ever threw in the garbage...
Even with all the shortcomings...they are still better designed than the MPC's...
I give em equal love. My Fastpacked Armored VF-1J MPC is okonly paid bout 55 bucks for toy and armor. kinda ugly and crap like the Banpresto. But I like em.

In my Dengeki hobby magazine for January 2004 it says that the packege comes with a paper trailer is that true? also did you guys know that the arm has a flip up comm with bumble bee on it? cool!!!!

Dont you mean JDM (japanese domestic market) The WRX is a japanese car after all and Takara is a japanese company. So right hand drive is Japanese. plus I think only a few countries in Europe manufactures RHD cars. Like the UK. and then HK and Australia.

I must say that Binaltech Smokescreen in Diecast is far, far better than the plastic version. He's basically a die-cast 1:24 scale car that happens to transform. The irridescent paint is fabulous and looks much better than the plastic version.
Pictures you may have seen on the net don't do it justice and even comparison pics make them look relatively the same but they are definetely not the same in real life. Just in case you wanted to see, Binaltech Smokescreen versus Alternator Smokescreen:
Thank you Comickaze. however perhaps I did not mention that I too have #7 Binaltech Smokescreen. I do love the iridescent paint on mine. I like the "extra mile" Takara went with Smokescreen. The head even looks like the orignal Smokescreen.
I was jsut saying that i dont hate the plastic versions. I welcome them happily as they will be half the price and I dont have to worry about damaging my nice painted takara version. My information was jsut heresay from a friend that the Alternators will be diecast. after close examination now I know that is not true.

Ah damnit I forgot what that is called. Its not blue it has soemthing to do with the CCD chip that digital cameras use to capture light. Its an error in processing. Liek cheap shitty digital cameras, if you take a picture of soemthing black it doesnt come out black you get other speccks of color thats what that blue thing is Oh but it has to do with light not shadows.
