To know whether or not you could run the game, you merely need to look at the minimum specs. Piracy = bad. my specs were way above minimum, bud. Except maybe the graphics card being a Radeon 7500 MOBILITY would be the problem. (yes its a laptop) If you wanna lecture about piracy, then buying yammies in the states would be considerd piracy as well....wouldn't it? piracy == bad. yeah sure. For the mega corporations maybe.

I have no problems with the tightness of the Blue frame or the MG strike. Blue Frame is ok...could be tighter for sure...but real problem with Blue frame is just that some parts need to be glued into place like the face plates. The MG strike is really TOIGHT on mine. I love it. No ankle problems as complained by someone else.The knees and shoulders/arms etc are very tight and can do crouches and half crouches just fine. Very sweet. I'm hoping the freedom i'm getting would be the same.

Watched both. They're essentially eva clones. People seem to like RahX alot but I didn't dig it. It shared too many similarities with it that it almost is a parody or plagiarism of evangelion. Argento Soma tries to be more original but about the same thing as eva....aliens coming down to earth trying to reach this point on earth for some reason. And its this organisation called Funeral, to stop them. They're both centered around apocalyptic plots and how the characters deal on the things happening around them. Of the 2, I prefered Argento mainly because it was more original than RahX was....in terms of Evangelion copycat concerned. But a cool eva-clone I'm watching now is Sokyuu No Fafner aka Dead Aggressor. Again, an eva clone with alot of cheese thrown in together with random names thrown in (Siegfried system, Welles Field, etc). There's some interesting concepts of the show like the Siegfried system that would make for cool story objects.....so I'll stick to this show for now. Looks promising (despite Gundam Seed Clones characters)

Was meaning to ask, what method do you use to panel line? It looks like u use washes? I wrecked my brand new Gundam Marker panel lining the Blue Frame. The bitch chewed my gundam marker good. Clean it up using eraser.

Its kinda back heavy....but not that much a problem. Balances out well when posed properly , as you can see from my photos. Too upright? You mean if it can stand straight in a neutral pose? Yeah, it can. Ya gotta spread the legs a little though. If you're wondering if it has the same problems as the WGZ custom....no it doesn't.

Why don't you get both? THere are no real problems with the blue frame, really, except the very obvoius BIG SWORD. You look at it and you KNOW its gonna be hard to for the model to hold it. Other than that, its a good buy, IMHO.

Yeap....but the stickers are at least better than the Yammie stickers. I SOOOO hate dry decals. Leaves so little room for error. I lost 2-3 dry decals on my Aile STrike MG when getting them to stick on the corners and strange areas. Kinda pissed.

Yeah, the shoulder covers below are not blue...but personally I think it looks fine without the blue. I'm too lazy to looks for paints and paint it....so heh. As you can see from my pictures, it looks kinda good without paints and just panel lines would do the trick. The hands are fine but the sword is heavy causing the fingers to come apart if you don't position them properly. The trick is to position them in such a way that it won't break apart the fingers when holding the sword. No easy task, I assure you. Anyway about the sword handle, did you slide the handle into the sword, zeo-mare? The slot which it slides in and out is kinda dodgy as it is held together loosely by the 2 blue sides of the sword (the main part holding the gattling gun) so be very careful when rotating the handle in backpack mode. But it should slide into the sword in sword mode and the sword would be pretty sturdy after that. Damn...that does it. I'm getting the damn Freedom if its cheap. NOooooooooooo....doom to me!!!

Just one. If Monolith's making another FPS, it needs to be Shogo 2. Agreed. That damn op song is still stuck in my head, believe it or not.

I'm sure its possible, just that the fingers/hands are annoying as they keep coming off. I'll try it tonight....maybe *thinks of excruciating long time he took to put him in the final pose*

I saw the official trailer for Doom 3 yesterday. It looks sweet and all but i have some pet peeves about it. 1.) I hope that we go to "Hell" or Deimos or something. You know, that hellish place out of your nightmares represented in Doom 1 and 2. If not, its gonna be another Half Life or AVP where experiments gone wrong, and the whole research facility just goes to hell and you gotta get out. 2.) Despite great texture maps and dynamic lighting, is it just me or do the representations of energy weapons like the plasma rifle and BFG suck? They look mediocre at best.

So I just got hold of news of this one called F.E.A.R which is an acronym for some hack special ops team which I forgot. I got a hold of the E3 2004 trailer and though my friend said it rox, I thought its pretty mediocre. I never was a fan of the Lith Tech engine, except maybe in NOLF and NOLF2. The Lith Tech engine's physics seem too strange and unrealistic. Dead body's rag doll physics also seem way off. Graphics look alright at best. And game play....it has the "Matrix-waves" and "bullet time" effect. Ho hum. Anyway on to the story, some research facility or office building of sorts sending strange signal. Delta Force sent in to investigate but they were massacred. That's where you and your squad come in. Part of some uber team, F.E.A.R, you're sent in to investigate. Upon arrival, you come across terrorists/spec ops enemies shooting ya. But throughout the level, strange things happen. You hear distortion in your radio signal (ala Silent Hill) and you see a lil kid girl dressed in red appearing in places...scaring you outta yur pants. Like when the elevator's lights flicker on and off and for one frame she appears in front of you. Then you enter a room completely filled with blood. Then she walks along randomly and you see your team mates getting decapitated as she just walks past them (and over them on the ceiling). ANy thoughts on this game? Ok fine....have a horror genre with the FPS but I'm not too sure about this.

or.. Gatts-dam! I love the Red frame. It's the next on my shopping list. I find that while you can get away without painting MG kits, the 1/100 HG's really benefit from a lick of paint. I've been going back and painting all the kits I was too lazy to paint when I built them and it's worth the effort. But sadly for some reason, they didn't include the booster pack for the red frame. The red frame is supposed to have some booster backpack on it. It showed up on the front cover of a past Hobby Japan issue with the backpack as well...wonder why they didn't include that. Oh well....now just waiting for the Astray Gold Frame Amatu and I'll consider not buying anymore kits......and maybe the MG Freedom.

Just stickers. I'm too lazy to paint anything. Building this thing was already making me feel lazy already, especially the parts that require repeat building like the hands and legs.

Took me ages to get him in this pose. The fingers and hands keep coming off under the weight of the sword. That's all folks!
