    Still on the fence about this. I very much doubt of Evolution's capability of taking an old transforming toy and make the next step. So far, this seems to be just a collection of Toynami's and CM's bad design choices with no innovation or improvement whatsoever. I hope I'm wrong.

    Which would be the best place to get it price-wise considering shipping? Still on the fence about this one. Edit: Just checked Mykombini and there's no placeholder for the VF-1J. My guess is they wont open preorders tonight but a few days later, like they did with the Cannon Fodder (which is still available there BTW).

    I had the same thought. Those covers look sweet! I wonder if the M&Ms will include them also. Nevermind about the Destroids being too small. I've forgot those Spartan pics. Can't wait for the Destroids.

    I'm torn about those M&M's, I want everything SDF Macross in this line (and some DYRL), but that color scheme is off putting. I might end up painting them, at least the tips of the FP's

    Back on topic, I'm not sold on the SV 262 Battroid mode. It looks too much like an afterthought for me. Like instead of working back and forth from one mode to the other, Kawamori Sama just worked around Battroid mode to make Fighter mode work, so it lacks personality IMHO. Or maybe I was just expecting something more radical, like the YF-21.

    Jenius reported the same missing piece from his original hikaru hi-metal VF-1J. Someone else noted that the piece is prone to fall off.

    I know it's virtually the same thing. I keep repeating myself that I'm being too anal towards this. After all, when my friends come over and see my Valks they usually scream "Hey, it's the Robotech plane!"

    As much as I want a Roy 1S, what I really want is a TV version. I don't want to pay for something that¡s not quite what I want, but then again, this could be my last chance to get a Roy at a decent price in a long while.

    Not only the performance, but the way Kyle Reese was written in Genesis seemed way off to me. Like this didn't look, act or talk like a guy that had to watch over his shoulder to survive every day and night since he was a child.
