  1. Hey guys, Just moved in a new couch and I accidentally bumped my display shelf holding my 25F and it took a MASSIVE shelf dive. Surprisingly to find, the hinge that swivels for transformation to the arm broke.

And apparently everything else was in perfect condition. Am i lucky or something?

  2. Ok, so the rank of the valk depends on the blueprints used.

All of them, hahaha. How do you get a higher rank valk? I have built VF-0d/a/s/booster. They are all rank 1.

The boosters don't have higher ranks but you can get higher ranks for the planes by buying blueprints at various towns.

Most of all the the Blueprints are mostly found in "New GamePlus" In which you can fly any characters VF. But the Starter Valks don't take till new game plus. Also Liked your Play trough! :D

  3. Hey guys, I have this in my collection for quite a while now and its time that I let it go. Its all complete and has been panel lined on some of the hands, the right thruster broke off but I super glued it back on and its hardly noticeable. And the right hose is broken but is held in place by the backpack. The box is not perfect and has none of the slots that held the hands in the bags. I am selling it for $80.00 + Shipping.

  4. Hey you guys, I have been wanting to get one of these, But I do have some questions about it first. So i have the VF-0S and the shoulder joint be came loose REAL quickly and was wondering if Arcadia fixed that problem from the Yamato mold. Second, is it a COMPLETELY different mold from the Yamato's or just a more improved version and better quality of the VF-0's. Sorry for all the questions, Its just that i had a bad time with the VF-0's and just in general did not like how loose the ares became with in transforming it 2 times.

  5. This whole area is just a weak point of the 25.. not necessarily a "bad" design, just poorly manufactured. I would say due to the complexity of the design in order for it to transform as accurately as possible that this was the best compromise.

But clearly manufacturing tolerances were not as closely refined as needed.

Yeah, I would have to agree with you. It is a complicated design to, But they probably could have done a little better on it. I mean, look at the PG Gundams over complicated shoulders. There not perfect, but the at least don't ware out so quickly.

  6. Personally, I disassembled that part (it's easy since there's a screw). Then I applied a layer super glue to the joint and put it back together. The hinge was tight afterwards.

I did that and the joint was tight as if it was new (put a little rubber in it)! But its the pin connecting to the joint thats loose.

  7. Say no to crack! Sorry, someone had to say it.

Crack is wack! :p ... What?... Too soon?

hehe! you guys crack me up! :D

    sorry.. had to.. :p

Sheesh! you all crack me up! ....I've got nothing.. <_<

Hope someone will post any remedies on this one soon. I also have the same issue with my Alto's.

Yeah, me to. Kinda one of the annoyances of the 25R's.

  8. Are/were there any Macross games designed for Mac? If so, any recommendations? If not, can anyone recommend an emulator/workaround (without using bootcamp) and some titles that "translate" well to Mac OS? *I'm running Yosemite.

I apologize if this has already been covered in forums (my search did not uncover anything).

I thank you all in advance.

Pretty sure there aren't any Macross games for Mac, There is a couple for iPhone, but they might have been taken off the App Store. But I do recommend downloading PCSX or PCSX-R, There just simple PS1/PSX Emulators ant I would probably download both of them if your wanting cheat codes or a fully working emulator. And if you do download them you will need the game BIOS to play any game. But I am not sure if the emulator will work for Yosemite, but its worth a shot!

  9. Can you post a photo (even if it is from anyone/internet) to see what arm hinge is loose?as it is, a general and temporary fix will always be applying a clear varnish/coat on to the affected hinge/joints.

Yeah I can, I will do it tomorrow after i get back from work!
