  1. 8 hours ago, Graham said:

I'd love to see Arcadia eventually get the Frontier licence and take a try at the VF-25.

But the chance of that happening is probably quite remote.

Also, still waiting for my red Milia VF-17S!!!!!!

Actually, I was thinking the same thing. It would be quite a site to see that happen. I would kinda like them to also possibly hit the point of also hitting new Macross Class Ships like M7 M Frontier and a TV SDF-1.

  2. Glad to see this coming out in 1/2000! would have preferred 1/3000, But oh well, can't complain about the size. The company on the other hand, WORST possable company to be making this. Would have loved for it to be Arcadia, or Bandai, but no, don't even want to bother if the prototype looks shitty and all cheap. Knowing Toynami, quality will be far from our demanding standards looking at the 1/100 VF-1 line they have going.

  3. Thanks! hopefully i will be able to get my hands one!

  4. Been wanting to get my hand one one of these for a while and now I think its time to get one. As said in the topic Looking for a Roy or Hikaru Special with or without Strike parts (REALLY prefer them without cause I don't want spend that much), can either be new or used but it has to have ALL its original accessories (Depending on which version it is). Im on a limited budget of 235USD at the moment for my hobby needs.

If anyone has one there willing to part with PM me!

  5. Congrats! It looks Like what? 100% better then the Evo Toys one XD! Really like how you got the proportions to look this amazing! Now i kinda want pick up this kit just to toy around with it!

  6. Sorry, but no, it isn't. Millia's Vf-1j is in the game, flown by Mylene. Max's Vf-22 and Millia's Vf-22 are in the game however.

Thats weird cause I swore i saw a Picture with His 1J In it, Oh well must have been something similar to it then.

  7. I thought they were all HMR not Experten

They are all HMR I was just saying that Experten made a 1/100 or 1/72 N Ger (DYRL Style) around 5 years ago. But as bandai could possibly make it similar would be nice. But doubt that would happen, Cause the Experten kit had a Zentradi that you could put in it and pose it.

  8. Any news regarding the HMR DYRL Zentradi Power Suit?

I really hope threw will be news of this, REALLY wanted to get that Experten kit, but boy, To much money.

  9. I wouldn't say the VF-1 was a failure due to being too much like a perfect grade, I think they just completely blew it trying to reinterpret the design in ways that were A) not an improvement over anything commonly used on VF-1s, and B) pretty darn ugly. Redesigning the entire knee area to work like the VF-25's legs was just a mistake.

The animation accurate leg system was actually quite an achievement I think (though it would have been better in a larger scale to be sure), it's just that that seemed like the only thing they were interested in being accurate about, and the rest of the changes they made to the design just looked bad to me.

Far as the 31 is concerned though, I'm not sure I'd call it sturdier than the VF-25 kit, since I've never had that many parts popping off my VF-25s, but it definitely transforms a lot more easily, and fits together a lot better in fighter mode without all the tiny arm and shoulder panels to mess with.

I agree with you on the Accurate Leg transformation, that was AMAZING to even see on any Macross kit ever. In fact if they decided to go all old school with more kits, they should really add the die cast parts they had with the old 1/72 VF-1 kits. then I could see them being more durable and they could last longer with multiple transformations. But then I could SEE them crossing the realm of being DX Chogokin, and old MG CCA Gundam kits. Still i think it would be a good idea to incorporate Die Cast in certain areas.

  10. Got the VF-31J about 3 days ago, and Im pretty impressed with it, BUT it definitely feels far from perfect like the 1/72 VF-25/ the short lived VF-1 line have tried to fix. I feel as if holding this it could be easily snapped in half, The worst and scary part about the kit I find is the transformation gimmick with the shoulders. THAT is what my absolute fear about the kit. But other then that, It feels a bit flimsy, to the point where even touching the plastic it could snap. But all in all, its got a Solid transformation (unlike the last kit I bought which was the VF-1S/A. which was a waist of money IMO) and it comes with a great amount of accessories to. But in all honesty (at least for me) I say bandai should stop making 1/72 kits and focus on more amazing/ bigger Macross kits like that forgotten 1/48 transformable VF-25 line and made the VF-1 and VF-31 kits in that size.

  11. So today I thought I would post a video of my creation that I made in LBP3.

Some of these have been made with in this month or last month, while others were made 3-4 years ago around LBP2's release.

I am welcome to any feedback about what you all think about some of my creations!

P.S s.t.r. sho of our lovely community also has made some AMAZING across levels, and I wouldn't have been able to make these things without having some sort of inspiration. So thank you s.t.r. sho!

  12. Hey guys, Just been having this on my mind lately. but wasn't Max's 1J in a preview image of the game/screenshot? cause I completely remember seeing a blue 1J next to Hikaru's and Millia's. But I don't know, Just thought id just ask if its in the game. And if I EVER find that image i will post it here.

  13. Looks like the Yamato 1/2000 SDF-1. The connectors fo the ARMD to the shoulders look beefier on the 1/1800 vs the 1/2000. Also the display stand looks like the Yamato one.

Ah, ok Thanks dude, + sorry to bing up old news, just fought it would have been the 1/1800.
