You're not that far off, actually. All 3 Blue Destiny suit were prototypes installed with the EXAM system which was based on the soul and emotions of one person (I think). They had a "mind of their own" and I think they even acted on their own at times when they became unstable. They have to be coming soon with the addition of these BD suits. You know they will get the most out of a design whenever possible!
