Finally got around to watching the Live action film. I really liked it, sure somethings where alittle changed but it worked for the movie so I didnt mind. Costumes where spot on and had that real weathered look to them so great work with that. Fight scenes where pretty cool and altho some where abit comical it is based off an anime after all. Loved that they didnt shy from blood splatter and having his Battosai flashbacks where quite a nice touch. Even adding somethings that only fans would pick up on.

Overall and enjoyable 2 hours,I'll be up for the 2nd film.

was abit sad that Oniwabansu wasnt in it,but with the run time they probably would have shafted them anyway so its probably for the best.

Yeah the last ep with the Clone Commando Gregor was pretty cool,really was the kick that this droid arc needed. Hopefully after the next episode it gets back on track with the main story.

At the end of MF movie 2, Alto gets folded with the Vajra before the Quantam canons smash it. Question is,Would Alto who is not wearing any protective equipment bar the EX-gear be able to survive a fold like that being on the outside? What if the Vajra Folded into deep space,Alto is screwed.

I just finished the campaign today (got it for Xmas) fantastic. Altho it did make me think of Cybertron in some parts or Tron lol A solid entry in the saga. I'm up for some multi if anyone wants to play some day. my gamer tag is the same as my user name,all caps though.

Funny how whenever the word 'Robotech' is placed here it sparks debate Even if its a well made fan project.

My only gripe with TDKR is Talia and Banes connection. Making him 'love' her instead of just being her protector was abit of a whipcrack to Banes impressive presance.

That and everyone standing around having a chat while their is only 5 minutes on a nuke ticking away. lol,other then that,its a great film and solid end to the trilogy.

I've had one 360 die on me,it was first batch. But the Elite I have hasnt let me down since. PS3 still going strong same with my PS2,even my original Halo-themed Xbox is still running well.

Its pretty easy to see really. Hollywood doesnt want to take big risks anymore so they settle with guaranteed money makers like popular books,re-makes and sequels/prequels of films with a big fanbase or audience appreciation. Granted some studios are abit more leniant and take the plunge like John Carter and Cloud Atlas. but its not as common as it was back in the 90's. I think film expenses being alot higher and the quest to keep trying to make something bigger and better is draining true story telling at its core. All flash and no substance.

It is sad though when you see a film that is fantastic,with decent effects but is overshadowed by some hollow but flashy blockbuster.

From the trailer zombie tidal waves and making a zombie ladder to get up a wall is abit much. Entertaining but corny. I'll stick with Walking Dead for my Zombie fix.
