Jasonc: The general opinion is the Verbatim-branded ones are the best DVD-DL available (the Singapore-made ones, not the India-made ones, BTW). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817130008 I bought a spindle of them recently and they have worked out great for me. Burn them at 2.4x using ImgBurn for best results.

I don't know anything about Woori's legit-ness, but on this site http://www.dvdheaven.com/dvd/dvd_detail.php?idx=17253 it says it's R3, but the YesAsia site says R0. Still since the FX boot is non-existant and the R2/Japan version is $70+, even if it was a (high-quality) boot it may well be worth it nonetheless...
