DVD to AVI or MPG?

i make anime music videos and so far ive been working with downloaded eps but i was planning on making one with KEY: the metal idol and i cant find anywhere to dl it but i have the dvd but i dont have or know of any programs to convert it to a format i can use, anyone know of any?

There are plenty fo free programs out there that will allow you to do what you need.

I have tried it once or twice and its not to hard to set up.

You can also try this site as well. Along with many tutorials, it has links to Freeware you can download to rip DVD's. look for one called DVD2AVI pretty simple to use, although there may be others to use as well.

Thanks, but it doesn't really help me. His guide is for PC and most of the programs he references are Windows only and I'm not knowledgable enough to know what Mac programs are equal or compatible.
