Mine came in yesterday, and truly, it's an excellent toy in hand. I discovered that the upper feet can indeed move further forward than all previous reviews and pics have suggested, which allows for a little more expressiveness in posing. When moved as such, too, the foot pivot clears the lower shin a bit more allowing for more ankle movement. I wish they'd made the foot slider a few mm longer to allow the foot more freedom of movement with the foot arched as in most of the pics. Everything locks so nicely in fighter. Unlike most Legioss toys, the main landing gear are easy to deploy. They're simplified compared to something like the Sentinel, but the ease at which they can be extended or retracted just increases the fun, playable nature of this toy. This is a fun toy. They took the essentials of the design, eradicated all the more complicated bits, like the individually opening doors on the legs and the shoulders (kinda wish the shoulder ones were still there, though, honestly), and the need for multi-postioned hips (don't miss that from the Sentinel), complex panel arrangements around the intakes to make room for the wings in Soldier and Diver modes, created an easy, elegant arrangement for the arms which allows them to align simply and beautifully for fighter, borrowed the cockpit insertion mechanic from the Sentinel Legioss for Soldier, and just overall crafted a Legioss toy that could appeal to anyone from a novice to a die-hard Mospeada fan. I wish TT would put this much effort into their Transformers figs with jet modes.

Speaking of, I figured, being a TT product and with some curiosity already mentioned about crossover potential, I'd take a few comparison pics to show how the Omega stacks up next to Transformers figs.

I figured the new Seeker mold would be the most apt comparison.

I tried to align the noses of the fighters to give an impression of how they measure up lengthwise. I didn't realize I'd bumped the Omega a little bit sideways. Oops.

Sorry for the glare on Prime- the sun came out and was shining over my shoulder through my front door window. I was trying to block it with my body as much as possible, but I failed epically. Regardless, this offers a comparison next to both SS86 leader and voyager scaled figs. IMHO. if they so chose, a crossover could certainly work. I wouldn't mind.
