Heh heh, thanks! Indeed, I threw a little 2001 in there for good measure. It wasn't even really in the storyboards, but I realized it was perfect after I had already hinted at the monolith with that Technics 1200 turntable.

When this thing is done, there will be references out the wazoo. Here's a little prop that makes an appearance...
