I am looking at this DVD set...Does anyone know the image quality and translation(subtitles) clarity?

It's a bootleg. Many HK bootlegs have inferior translations with bad subtitles. I would recommend you buy the AnimEigo DVD box sets while they're still around. The three box sets are like 40 dollars each, and you get amazing video/audio quality along with an accurate translation.

I seen this set before, the subs kind of suck.

There is a HK boot of the Animego set out for like $35.

Set has 5 DVD's and is EXACT as the animeigo set.
