And the Battroid knees can be slide in. 3: According to Actar's observation, it does matter whether the piece is L or R. I havent used my piece so I cant be sure. Check Actar's video. My rear landinbg gear sits at a bit of an angle too. I think its meant to be like that. It does lock in place anyhow.

Ahahaha awesome. I wouldnt mind a Arcadia YF-19 but I think I'm fine with just having the VF-19 Advance.

Btw were all Super parts designed so their legs have to bend at the hips to fit them in Fighter mode? I've noticed this in the VF-25 super/armored packs and it leaves a bit of a unsightly gap in fighter mode for the YF/VF-19. Did Kawamori design it to be like this?

It fell off when I was rearranging the arms since the shoulder wouldnt close up. When I noticed, I moved the leg down to fix the piece but it then fell out. Still looking for it... Anyways that price... I wonder if Bandai will reissue this.

Just lost one of the fast pack bits that goes on the back of the knee. Why are they so damned fiddly and keep falling out in fighter mode?? Damned carpet floor.

That sucks. I ordered through fj as well but mine got to the warehouse 5 days after release date... I'd say those chest flaps seem rather superfluous. Whats the point. Those and the chest guns moving just serve to make the transformation more annoying. Though do prefer thme way bandai did the back pack.

Mine came relatively tight in box. Those wings took a bit to actually detach from the legs.

I'd say thats blatant false advertising. Surprising that Arcadia's YF-19 doesnt have this problem. Wth Bandai? And thanks guys for the help. Got it to be somewhat better (still a little gap). He's pone finicky toy. Much moreso than any other Bandai Valk toy I've got. They seem to try to show as little of the Advance Pack in Fighter mode as possible so you cant see the problem. Even in their promo video they only show Battroid mode with the Advance Pack. Advanced Fighter only used stock photos.

Thanks man. I'll give it a try. So looking at some of the box shots of the toy it seems to be transformed wrong? Those legs are sitting much higher and someone the upper tabs of the wings are tabbed into the leg armour.

Heres what I'm talking about. Those chest guns and the beige panels connected to them are in the right places. the wing tab that connects to the leg armor doesnt really like staying in on one side. I've pushed the shoulders and they just WONT MOVE. Edit: Made the images smaller.

Ah sorry i mean ive got the original fast pack bits on. Not the stuff exclusive to the frontier movie. The shoulder armor that connects to the triangular shoulder joint is not gappy in normal fighter mode but add in the leg armour and outer shoulder parts and i cant get that gap to close.

I did But it doesnt help my current situation (i appreciate his helpful advice anyhow). Im having trouble closing the gap without the advance pack exclusive bits. Just putting on the stuff it has in the m+ ova/film.

Im having a hard time getting his shoulder armor to fit right in fighter mode with fast packs on. Theres always a gap where you can see the tabs. Its fine without the fast packs though...

Just got back into macross as of late so been playing catch up with bandai's dx chogokins (got renewal vf-25f and its myriad of armors, yf-29 Alto and yf-30). My vf-19advance just left japan (went the way of of yja since i have less chance of being hit with customs). Cant wait since i never got the arcadia yf-19 .
