I don't know about you guys, I just thought this figure was really cute lol.

I gotta get one of those one of these days, I didn't really like at first but it really grew on me as an awesome looking fighter(something different the the F14 look-alikes). I'm guessing they're as much as the YF-19 simply because of the number of parts in them right?

Funny thing that I saw was the Queadluun-Rau review where the 1/48 VF-1 were only as tall as the Q-Rau whereas when I stand my 1/60 YF-19(fighter standing up on its feet or battleroid form) next to the Q-Rau, the 19 still stands taller by a centimeter or two.

Well I done alot of reading before I ordered the VE-1 and bought the YF-19. Shouldn't the 1/48's be about a inch taller than the 1/60?

Okay gonna read through the "READ THIS FIRST" thread and just type in whatever I need to know for future purchases too. That's pretty bad the the shoulders crack pretty easily...OKAY NO MORE ORDERS!!! I technically have 3 now(YF-19 sitting here, VE-1 in Limbo, and the processing VF-1A) and I gotta save up for the MFrontier stuff if they are as good as Yamato~ Added: Oh yea and the 1/60 Milia/Millia/Miriya Queadluun-Rau too.

Really, thats pretty cool and since I'm new where do these "deals" usually list in? I would like to contribute as much as I could because I had the same reaction as coffeepot when I saw it.

Not sure but it may have come from the quarterly released figure magazine each year, or Hobby Japan. I don't read moon speak but since its by Alter & Omega, and the sculpt is already done, give it probably a month or two for pre-orders. I'm estimating it would cost $60 - $75 maybe. That pose looks kinda like the one in the opening.

Okay, I just noticed with the my 19 under the lamp and there is stress marks on the left wing...

I'm just curious to know why the 19 is beige? Wasn't it glossy white in the OAV/Movie?

Sorry to be a noob to ask this but are these the exact same 1/55 Bandai ones from back then? Manga World has just repeatedly burned me by not having any of the figures I want and I saw these for roughly $100 or $115. Since they took money for a pre-order and its been canceled I guess I will put my $55 into one of these. Any ideas if they'll come out with the Super Ostich or VE-1?

Favorite Macross Units: YF-19 VE-1 Elintseeker(been shipped from Tisinc on June 15th, not here yet...) Destroid Monster Destroid Monster Konig VF-11 Thunderbolt Currently conflicted weather to get the GNU units or Revoltech ones. If I'm correct, the Revoltech Macross unis are 2G versions which looks like they don't have weird posing joints like the early Patlabor ones(my TYPE-ZERO is confusing me!) and the Yamato stuff are once in a while thing since they're so damn expensive haha! My next definite toy for sure is if Bandai ever releases Klan Klein's personal Queadluun-Rau~ Currently for the Ikkitousen items, I done with them for now, there's too many and I have the Toys Works Guan Yu Kanu Unchou figure on pre-order. Figures I'm interested in are usually characters I'm familiar with(well except for the H-titles ones...ahem...) and mechas I'm into are your typical modern real robot types. Oh Nida, she comes with soooooo much extras that I decided not to get here because she looked good with all variations! Ughh, just gonna give myself a "me" year and I'll get back into dating next year haha!

I wonder what her scale would be for her giant form to accommodate other 1/8 scale figures? 1/48 assuming that the 1/60 Milia set is probably half the size of a 1/8 scale figure.

Thanks, believe or not, I have two of the display cabinets and they are already filled with mostly PVC figures. Maybe I'll put away some figures that are potential leaners for future Macross toys(VE-1). Other than anime girls, I got some SIC Kamen Rider action figures, Gundam Fix Figuration, Front Mission and a Busou Shiki MMS figure. Did anyone spend the longest time around the neck(near the canopy) and putting back the arms on this Valkyrie?

Maybe I'll wait for Luca's VF-25 and (hopefully)Klein's Queadluun-Rau so it can match my future 1/60 VE-1 Elintseeker and Millia's Q-Rau.

Oh I saw this in the review for this here, is there any noticeable changes I can tell by? I just got this today so I'm not sure but theres still movement past where its supposed to stop. The local dealer I know had a couple of these babies lying around since last year I think and hasn't been able to get rid of them because of his customers didn't really have any interest in them(PVC figure fans). I coincidently bought this because of unfortunate run in with a figure he sold me which had a obvious paint chip so he instead of getting a refund of $100, I placed it into this + the 3 piece Millia set for $25.

Oh! I get what you're saying now, I forgot about those official stands because I was thinking of getting the flexidisplay stuff. Thanks transfan52!

I actually didn't like the fold booster at first but now that I found out that it comes with LEDs in it, its actually tempting now.
