Yes, The DX could would also look better with Tenjin's art work! It's sad that a real premium to only gets so-so boxes...

I hope @jenius gets a review for us soon! The stand is already a no-go and Fuglier then the standard Bandai DX one...

The rest we'll have to see. What scale are these, 1:60? would love to know haw they match up to the High-Metal R series or DX Chogokin versions.

I think these look much better in-hand than the promo pics suggested...they have a nice "heft" to them and the paint and tampo is pretty nice...Although it would have been nice to have included some plug in landing gear...for the price, they are really nice...I'll pick up more if they make them...

I did not have easy access to my Doyusha 1\144 VFs, which is what I really wanted to compare these with...but from memory...these seem a bit smaller...Once I get to the Doyushas I'll post some pics unless someone else does....

I want to see gerwalk mode before I'm convinced! 🤪

When I was searching for the Takatoku VF-1J in 83/84 I was really happy just getting the VF-1J Hikaru, If I knew there where so many variations, I think I would have given up!

The VF-1A Brownie was the first one that I found the VF-1J the 2nd...
