Based on the new update about all 4 bikes being planed, I guess I need 4 sets instead of 2!

Based the updated pics I just posted it looks like a thin piece of plastics holds the side bags on. Interesting idea, keeps them up and out of the way of the riders feet. 

Looks like the side bags are attached to the exhaust pipes.

I got my pre-order notice this morning for stick and ray!   Hopefully they ship soon, because it takes forever to arrive once bbts ships things. 

Having seen your post, I checked my preorder I did for stick and Rey back in January at bbts. For some reason, it says my order isn’t due until October!  What’s up with that?  Are those of us who ordered thru them going to have to wait a year to get an item we ordered?  Anyone heard anything from them regarding this, because I’m ticked off!

About 13 years ago, my wife said I needed to start a hobby. She said I had too much time on my hands and that she could see I was bored. I remember seeing the toynami masterpiece planes and started there. Since then I have spent almost $10,000 on mospeada, southern cross, macross, and robotech items. These range from transforming mecha, static ones, books, comics, etc. (Not to mention the additional $700 I have committed for sentinel and evolution toys legioss fighter).  I only collect one of an item, unless I like the variation in color schemes. My wife sometimes says, maybe I shouldn’t have encouraged you to start a hobby, and other times she just shakes her head and laughs when something arrives.  

Is she ok with my hobby? I think my wife and kids who are in their late teens early 20’s just think I’m weird. I have been concerned she might not laugh when I bought a few higher dollar items, but so far good, I guess I got lucky with her.

As for me the toynami score is as follows:

blue - arm fell off at shoulder, replacement still ok 

red - leg fell off at hip, replacement still ok 

green - both hands fell apart, don’t feel like replacing it

shadow - so far no issues 

I leave the replacements in my display cabinet and dont touch them. 

Thanks for the video post optimuspint. Not happy about that review, I just cancelled my preorder. I’ll wait to see if they come out with a version 2 to fix the issues. Otherwise, I’ll save my money for the ride armors coming out in January and February. 

Fishing line could be problematic, but you could support a banking type of display with these stands. I found them online a while ago.

Here are some pics of how I fit mine in that type of cabinet. I have the blue combined, but to fit you will notice I had to fold one wing. No changes needed as you will notice for the red. You will also notice the change I had to make with the extension of the wings for the green, otherwise it would not fit either. I included side angles so that the slight changes I did were more visible. The last I included because I just wanted to show it!

Now that is beyond amazing! I'm drooling just looking at your work.

The painting has been backed up by bad weather here in L.A. I think yours should be in the next batch. Next week I'm going to take some time off and build a paint booth. The weather and shorter days are just killing my time doing these things. There's just a couple sets left to shipped out.
